カタロニア アトーチャ (Catalonia Atocha)    

自分が泊まった時には、清潔さ、広さ、アクセス、設備、スタッフ等全ての面で素晴らしいと感じました。 マドリッドの駅が広く、地下鉄駅を探すより早くホテル最寄と思われる口に出てしまい、ホテルまで歩きました- が、それでも10数分くらい。22時頃でしたが大通りなので通り沿いのお店を眺めながら歩きました。地下鉄- 駅からなら徒歩2分。 プラド美術館もソフィア王妃芸術センターも徒歩10分程度の距離です。

Wi-Fiの電波は少し弱め。部屋によるかな？

アトーチャ駅から徒歩圏内で、分かりやすい場所にありましたが、坂道を登っていく立地のため、荷物を持って- 歩いて行くのは少し大変でした。 スタッフは笑顔でテキパキ仕事をこなし、頼まなくても市内の案内マップをくれ、周辺の情報を教えてくれ、ま- た禁煙・喫煙の希望も聞いてくれ、好印象。 お部屋は広くありませんが、小さいバルコニーがあり、モダンな造りで良かったです。

特にない。スペインのホテル全体に言えることかもしれないが、シャンプーがシャワージェルと兼用でコンディ- ショナーがないのが、日本人には気になる点です。特に女性は自分のものを持って行った方がいいかもしれませ- ん。

部屋は十分に広く、使いやすかった。 空港から向かい深夜にチェックインしたが、Atocha駅から近く大変便利だった。

クチコミの評価のよさに惹かれて予約したが、通された部屋が1階で内窓だったため、部屋の中が非常に暗く、- 太陽の光がほとんどはいってこず、地下にいるようであまり気持ちのいい目覚めではなかった。 部屋もせまく、価格と折り合いがついていない印象。朝食をオプションでつけようとおもったが、16ユーロと- はこれも少々折り合いがついていない印象。 ショッピング、繁華街エリアからはそこまで至近ではなく、近くにはアダルトなお店もあり、人通りも少なく、- 夜はあまり治安がよくない印象。 子連れの旅行にはむかない立地・設備だった。もう利用しないしすすめない。

機能的、合理的な建物、部屋。 朝食の料理の質、量。食事サービススタッフの雰囲気。 屋上ジャクージ。

シングルの部屋の室内空間はせまい。 窓が極端に小さく、部屋でくつろぐことはできない。ただ寝るだけ。

朝食をオプションでつけましたが、メチャクチャ良かったです。バリエーションも豊富で生ハムにチーズ、スパ- ニッシュオムレツなどがありました。 部屋も清潔で、ベッドの寝心地もよく、シャワーはきちんとブースがあり、水が床にもれることもなく、またク- ローゼットも大きく、照明は間接照明で落ち着きました。 今回の旅で一番のホテルでした。　CPも高く大満足でした。　スタッフも笑顔で迎えてくれました。

娘と2人旅でキッチン付きのホテルに泊まりたくてマドリッド市内の別のホテルから移動して2泊したが、広い- 部屋にベランダがついていて高級感がありビックリ！ サービスも5星級だった。 交通の便も良く大満足！

Great, modern room and facilities.

Location, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good.

I didn't find the air conditioning as cold as it should've been.

The two last days the room wasnt cleaned properly.

The location, near the main Museums; the price, which was good; the clean and comfortable surroundings; and the helpful staff.

The rooftop pool was a disappointment.

The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast too.

We went for a cheaper room, which was nice, but didn't have a balcony or a view. I wish we'd upgraded, but know for nex time.

The roof terrace with the hot tub was fantastic!! The staff were very helpful and the location was within walking distance of all the major attractions. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The location was great. Easy walking distance to shops, resturants,parks and historical sites. The staff was friendly and help to answer questions about directions and resturants

When I arrived the young man on reception was extremely helpful - congratulating me on my birthday and then upgrading me to a lovely bright room overlooking the road. I also then recieved a slice of cake and card from the hotel wishing me a nice bday! The hotel is extremely comfortable - the rooms are spotless, all new interiors and the showers are fantastic. The rooms are not massive but more than adequate, including two seats and a little table and a black out curtain to block the sun should one wish to do so. The breakfast was also very good - this was included in my rate and there was pleants to choose from. Also for those who loke coffee they have a Nespresso machine too! (free with brekkie). There is a very nice lounge area where you can have a drink / cup of tea on the ground floor which is very relaxing. Unfortunately the weather was terrible so I never ventured onto the roof to see the jacuzzi! Overall for a rate of 100pn I was extremely pleased and would definately recommend the hotel to others.

It is worth noting that the street the hotel is on is not fantastic - there are some homeless people on it. That said you literally take any turn to the right and you are in at santa ana maria which is a lovely area abundant with restaurants and bars where you can sit out and have some nice taps and drinks.

Location was so central The hotel room was very comfortable & luxurious. Lots of space for 2 people. The bathroom was very impressive with the heated towel rail and huge 2 person shower was something you would expect from a more expensive hotel. Our room had a view of the street so I was expecting my sleep to be disturbed but this was not the case - it was a very quite room. The decor throughout the rest of the hotel was modern and comfortable - it was easy to just lounge around the various couches The staff were efficient and friendly Really great having free wi-fi through out the hotel

We really missed having tea making facilities in the room. This is something we expect from most hotels

Location is very good, close to main museums and Atocha station if one wants to travel out of Madrid. Good breakfast.

bed is big and very comfortable

The roof terrace was really nice we only got the chance to use it on 1 of our days as it was cold the other days.The hotel has a nice feel to it and the staff was really nice especially Anna at the front desk we had a slight problem but it got sorted out. The breakfast was varied with cold and hot options so we were all happy with that. The room was bright and spacious with a fantastic shower and comfy bed.

Nothing we were happy with everything

we liked the location, the modern design but still oldfashioned friendly, the bar was very convenient for little snacks, friendly staff.

The neiboughood isn't that safe at night, day time is fine.

The terrace attached to our room with sun bed. It was a lovely sun trap but with shade too.

Great location just 2 min walk from Anton Martin metro station and 15 min walk from the Mayor Square. Located in the centre of Atoca distric with huge amount of small restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Friendly staff who speak English. Magnifison skyline from the roof terrace. Next trip to Madrid will stay in this hotel.
