Vi blev opgraderet til junior suite, selvom vi kun havde booket og betalt for standard værelse. Rare mennesker i receptionen. God men dyr morgenmad.

it's really a beautiful hotel, great and huge rooms, devided toilet and shower from bathroom, very clean rooms, not noisy stuff while cleaning, helpful personnel at reception speaking excellent english, free internet with computer in lobby, hotel very close to metro station putxet, 8 minutes with metro to the center. i just can't say anything about the terrace and the food (didn't have it).

For the money they take, you get quiet good service. Rooms are cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Metro 5 min form hotel, but it is connected directly to center within 10 min.

It was a very beautiful hotel, well connected to the train station (4 stops away from the city center). Comfortable facilities, spacious room and very nice bathroom.

Breakfast is very expensive, but there is a nice cafe around the corner (on the way to the station)

Everything. The price is very good considering it's Barcelona (quite expensive city) and hostals were asking to share bathrooms in the city centre, just for a few euros less. Very big room. Although it's not in city centre, it's fine if you like walking, else there is a tram 3 stops into city centre.

The staff where very friendly and helpful, Deborah ensured everyone was happy and comfortable and the rooms allocated for our stay where great.

Very nice location you can reach almost everything on foot or use the subway. Clean rooms in perfect condition, pool on the 4th floor.

There is no Wi-Fi at all. Stayed for 6 nights and you can really struggle to check your mail.

I liked that the rooms were so spcious and the staff spoke english really well. I also liked that the location wasn't near the tourist part of Barcelona...in the past I have stayed near Las Ramblas and this time it was refreshing to be away from the tourist traps! The pool looked amazing but I wish it was open until later so that I could've used it after a long day of sightseeing. Although I selected the cleanliness of the room as 'fair', the hotel and my room were very clean in general...it's just that on my first day, house keeping forgot to clean my room; even though I did have the sign on the door requesting it to be clean. I wasn't too happy with that and the staff couldn't do anything about it because the cleaning staff had finished for the day. They at least gave me fresh towels...after I requested them.

Apart from the lack of cleaning on Day One, I ordered pizza from the menu the hotel placed in our rooms and when I went to eat it realised it hadn't been cut. My friend called room service to ask for cuttlery and a bottle opener too and we were told to come downstairs to collect this ourself. I've been to many hotels all over the world before and have always ordered from outside the hotel or have had my own drinks etc but have never been told by Room Service that I need to collect what I required myself. Especially given that this is a 4.5 star hotel, I think they need to up their customer service.

Great room was very spacious and very clean equipped with everything you need. Great roof top pool.

Location! Long way into town but there is a tube station about a 5 minute walk away. Restaurant wasnt open, just the bar snack menu which was average.

We stayed at the 9th floor, a double room with a huge terras (view on the back of the city and the nice little swimming pool) Close to the metro (Puxtet) Wich take you in a view minutes to the city centre (Catalunya, where the Ramblas starts).

I like almost everything

I did not like wi-fi connection, so at 6 floor it was sometimes not possible to access internet, and when it is accessible the speed of connection is very poor, in fact skype video calling was impossible )

The Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating, the room was perfect, very modern, clean, good air conditioning and mini bar. The swimming pool was small but very nice.

Very comfortable stay for 3 nights in a meticulously clean room with well- apportioned bathroom - including a spacious shower. The hotel is well located for Gracia and Tibidabo, and the area has a light bourgeois touch about it. Our stay there was mainly for business purposes, but we found much pleasure in walking the well-treed streets and some of the many parks - the hotel is only a plus-minus 1.7 km walk to Parc Guell. The breakfast is excellent and top value for money: a wide buffet selection that should suit quite varied diets and tastes. There are many attractive and reasonably priced restaurants and bars nearby. Air- conditioning works well and silently. Wi-Fi is good during the day, but don't even try after 22.00 hours. (Those who read Castells will know that young Catalonians are well-connected, so we guess the systems are quite loaded at night.) Our room safe (for a 50.00e returnable deposit) was big enough to house a 13.5" Notebook and all manner of other valuables. Due to the nearby Ronda del General Mitre, traffic noise tends to intrude when the windows are open, but the double glazing takes care of that once they are closed.

Excellent Hotel - not far from metro station which takes you direct to centre. Wonderful area to stay - with restaurants and supermarket - the staff provide an excellent service and are highly professional. There is a great restaurant and pool - the junior suite rooms are well worth the upgrade with huge bathrooms and rooms. I cannot find anything bad to say about this hotel, I would return and reccommend it for a great stay in Barcelone.

Very good location: in pleasant district of the city, just 4 stops by metro to the city centre, 5 min walk to the metro station. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. My room was very big, new and modern, enjoyed it! All was just perfect! Will stay there next time again for sure!
