Catalonia Catedral    

Hotel je savršen. Lokacija ne može biti bolja za obilazak grada. Soba u kojoj smo bili je prostrana, čista i potpuno opremljena. Osim previsoke cene doručka sve je apsolutno savršeno. Osoblje hotela je neprimetno, ali uvek na usluzi.

Everything Absolutely ideal for site-seeing couldn't be any closer to the cathedral and shops, which are fantastic in Barcelona. Marina you could walk too.

Nothing - the weather but no one can you anything about that!!!

We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were large and spotless. A return trip to Barcelona will include a stay at this hotel. It is a perfect location for access to everything .

The staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Every recommendation was excellent. Loved the central location of the hotel and the modern interior design of the hotel.

The restaurant was expensive so we did not eat there.

Location Staff Design

The location is perfect in the heart of Barcelona near the old Gothic Catedral and Portal L 'Angel and still close to La Rambla. The Superior room was quite spacious with a nice sofa and large bed - marble bathroom. it s very modern in style. complimentary bottle of water each day was a nice touch. Felt safe there. Tea/coffee making in room was good too.

The internet kept dropping out.

You can not beat the location if your goal is to visit the city's main attractions. We walked everywhere. The staff is great - friendly and helpful.

Our room, even though in a more expensive category (a room with a terrace) lacked a bathtub. There was shower only. There were minor issues with the AC and a hair drier, but they were fixed quickly.

Nothing really. Compared to the 4-star hotel I stay in in Girona, this costs about 2.5 times as much and is a little more worn, but that will be Barcelona prices. As with most hotels, breakfast (while nice) seems over-priced.

Great location so you do not need a car. If you have a car it is difficult to get to & parking is very expensive.

Cleaning lady on April 4th at 6pm clean the room and took my under garment with towels. Also, took out some papers that I didn't left with garbage.also night time person not speak good English.

Extremely friendly helpful staff. Lovely room, spacious and spotlessly clean. Super restaurant - excellent value for money. Close to all attractions, shops, Las Ramblas.

Bedroom window was locked closed - need to ask at reception for a key.

modern, comfortable hotel in a great central location. rooms are good size with comfy beds. very quiet for such a central hotel. will stay again!

The staff were excellent and the hotel was spotlessly clean . Great location in a part of Barcelona I had never stayed in before.

The breakfast was a fixed rate at 19 euros . My wife had a coffee and a crossiant it still cost 19 euros , rather expensive.

the only thing which was annoying is the fact that every single day of our 5 day stay we had to go and ask for coffee on the courtesy tray. Such a hotel should have made sure to satisfy a client who is staying for a few days. Also, when we first arrived, the room and amenities were set up for one guest instead of 2, and we had to request everything. several times before getting what should have been there for 2 However, the staff was always gracious and willing to help. Perhaps lacking in supervision.

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was nicely appointed and had a great big patio.

I thought that the staff we're very helpful and polite without exception.They would always greet you and make you feel welcome.

Not enough quality English language tv channels .THis is a general complaint when I travel to Spain and Italy .

Breakfast a bit meager for the price. Generally much more expensive than very similar hotel from this chain in Madrid.

The hotel is central, easy to find, close to the Catalonia Square where you catch all the buses and metro line. Close to the Gottic Area, churches, galleries, and just in general a wonderful location for anyone that visits Barcelona. The hotel is wonderful, comfortable, great beds, space, clean and beautiful. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, polite, and just a modern fun exciting hotel to live in, makes the stay in Barcelona perfect. Good advise about food places, high end and local, whatever you fancy. Definitely the highlight of my stay at the hotel would be the staff. & room service coffee...
