Nice Staff, wi-fi web access for free, decent breakfast, terrace room has nice sunshine and partial view of the area Elevator doesn't reach terrace rooms. Quite a lot of stairs to deal with when trying to reach the room

Location is excellent, however the service in the hotel is terrible. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to center and almost everywhere, that's your hotel! Metro is 20mts away and all the shops and the main street is 3 min by walk. Rooms are fine but do nto expect something similar with the other 4star hotels. I guess hotel is more close to 3 stars.

Ubicación preciosa. Muy cerca de la estación de metro y prácticamente cerca de todo (se puede caminar sin problemas a Pl.Catalunya o a la zona de Gracia). Habitaciones amplias. Servicio de limpieza cada día. Había un constante ruido que venia del aire condicionado. Puede hacer difícil dormir para personas mas sensibles a ruido.

Está muy bien situado y comunicado, la habitación está muy bien, muy acogedora. El desayuno buffet de 16 € era un robo, mejor, si no lo tienes incluido es coger por 4€ el desayuno express, que incluye zumo, café y bollo o bocadillo salado, sale mucho más rentable. El desayuno está bien, merece la pena, y las camareras son muy amables. Las cenas sin embargo son caras y no son nada del otro mundo, mejor pillarte algo por ahí. En la habitación te ponen gel, y todo tipo de cacharritos de esos, no te falta de nada. En general el hotel es cómodo, agradable y está muy bien situado, al lado de la Pedrera.

La ubicación en una zona céntrica (entre paseo de gracia y avenida diagonal) bien comunicada con estación de metro, tren y paradas de bus cercanas. El costo del parking en el hotel y alrededores es bastante alto, con lo cual para quienes viajamos en coche este es un punto en contra

La disponibilità del personale attenta a risolvere I problemi che si sono creati Parecchi problemi: sono arrivato e la stanza non era pronta, sono tornato dopo due ore circa e mi è stat consegnata la stanza....... Questa era ancora in pieno disordine e sporca........... Mi hanno allora cambiato stanza , di una qualità inferiore e questo aveva l'anta dell'armadio rotta e cadente per terra, ...... la mattina dopo ancora era cadente .......

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel. Lo único a mejorar sería que la mampara de la bañera es un poco corta y se moja el suelo, pero a parte de eso todo lo demás ha sido perfecto. Cabe destacar lo enorme que es la cama doble.

J'ai apprécié la propreté de l'hôtel et le bon rapport qualité/prix. De plus, la sympathie du personnel est également à souligner. Seul petit bémol le parking souterrain (places très petites au vu du prix demandé).
