Everything was fine! Really! I asked for a room in the upper floor - got it (6 th floor, including terrace), being 5 minutes in the room the reception called and asked if everything is ok. Yes!! Modern, clean and beautiful room, 2 nice beds (allthough I was alone), big LED TV, free WLAN, terrace. After that, I had my free welcome drink. The guys at the reception and the bar tender were very nice, I really got everything I asked for. There is a pool in the top floor but it was december... The location is close to several tourist spots and so I took a walk into the city I can definetely recomend the place! Just one thing: The entry to the parking garage is a little narrow, mind the mirrors in case you have a 'big' car... Oh, before I forget: Barcelona is a really nice city!!
very old room...
Great location and value. In the heart of city and central metro hub, Passé De Gracia.
The air conditioning is turned off for all the rooms during the winter season as we were told by the manager. Another person experienced the same. This is fine except should disclose on their website. The weather was warmer during the afternoon so it was not comfortsble. We had to open the window at night and they did provide a fan.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities were to a high standard. Would defiantly stay again.
- Complimentary drinks on arrival - Excellent service from staff - Perfect location, very close to Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila and the bus drop-off from the airport - Great bars/restaurants close by - Rooftop area was great for relaxing and swimming, with brilliant views over Barcelona - Rooms were clean and well presented - Fantastic choice of buffet breakfast - Assistance with booking trips (e.g. tickets for the Camp Nou Experience) - Nearby Metro stations
Everything else :)
No small pillows
The staff was amazing. Very attentive and friendly.
the bed needed a comforter. One sheet was not enough.
Great location in a nice quarter of Barcelona. Staff and services offered were particularly nice. Attention to detail.
Nothing comes to mind
Well located just out of the city centre and some good restaurants in the area.
Room seemed a little hot. Not sure about the air-con.
The staff: friendly and helpful. Comfy beds.
Music piped through on our balcony all day: horrible
Staff are very helpful. The hotel is very clean good for family with children.
Excellent location close to main street and only a few minutes from the old town. Quiet location, Nice breakfast and good service. Nice roof pool.
Room facing the backyard was quiet but dark.
The roof top pool & room terrace rooms are great for a checky afternoon red. Both have a great view of the town. The location was very good as you could easily walk to Plaza Catalonia & Las Ramblas, La Sagrada Familia & many other great sites. The restaurant offers an excellent set 3 course menu for dinner which we ate in twice.
The room sizes were small at best. Water pressure in the shower seemed to fluctuate a lot. The gym was little more than an exercise bike & a treadmill. The wifi is really average and drops out all the time.
Pool area, gym, generally nice look to hotel.
Asked for double bed,got two singles.shower didn't work one morning.wardrobe door was faulty
Understaffed at check out Had to keep re-signing in for wifi
Good location. Bellboys were helpful.
We ordered a non-smoking room with a double bed. Got a smoking room with separate beds. Wardrobe door was broken, and so was the safe. Uncomfortable beds. It really wasn't a cheap room and we had to pay 100% at the check-in so we tried to negotiate some reimbursement during our stay. No way... You get a lot better quality with half the price by choosing another hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was located a little of the main strip but was only a 10 minute walk to major areas. It was lovely to have a roof top space with small pool for a chill out after a long day sightseeing.
The only disappointment was that we paid for a room with a terrace which was not allocated on arrival.
Swimming pool was great; A room with a Terrace is a must; Nice polite staff (champagne when you arrive); Very clean; Large and varied breakfast; Would definitely stay here again in I come back to Barcelona
Wifi a bit slow; Nothing else I disliked.
Location good for exploring that part of city. Staff competent and most very friendly.
Room quite small. Internet unreliable
Super comfy bed Terrace Cool Pool
Perfect location.only 1min walk fron train station exit and 2min from metro station girona!
Ok breakfast but a little expensive in relation to what they offer.
The location was fairly central yet the area was quiet at night so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. The hotel was in excellent condition and was very clean.
Check-in and general service at reception could have been a little quicker - there often seemed to be a queue forming. This was only a minor point though.
Location as it was near where we need to be!!! Majority of staff were helpful. Pool facilities were very enjoyable.
Having to connect to wifi every time you used your phone! Thought price for breakfast was a bit expensive. Not being able to get key for safe as they were seemingly al booked out, unacceptable!!!!!!!! Had to carry all valuables around with us. Not good enough.
Air condition didnt work properly WIFI very poor
Location was fantastic. Hotel was lovely, the roof terrace was great especially as the weather was so warm. I would definitely stay there again because it was a nice hotel and because of the location.
Air Conditioning wasn't brilliant on the 6th floor which was a shame as it was very hot. The staff were friendly, polite & helpful but there was not enough staff on reception. It took ages to check in as the lady was answering the phones whilst trying to deal with us as she was the only person on. Although there were menus in the room for room service, we couldn't get it as they didn't answer the phone which was disappointing on the night we got there when we were tired and just wanted to eat in the room & then get some sleep. Food at the bar was expensive. We ordered a tapas & drink deal & although I pointed to which tapas we wanted i.e Crab Meat we actually got potato salad. I would stay there again though.
