room & general hotel appearance helpful staff
restaurant was a bit over priced and had little choice - the bar food and room service was much better
Staff were friendly
Rooftop pool was amazing Rooms lovely and clean Nice view of city Good manager
Impolite and unfriendly staff Waited 12 hours for our extra bedding for the third person and had to make the bed ourselves as the rude staff member chucked the bedding at us, very ignorant and just because we were young didn't give us the time of day although we could afford to stay there? All members of staff on front desk incredibly rude except the manager any problems ask for him! Location to airport is good but fair from everywhere else
Great pool area, great rooms and staff.
the only minor grumble were the beds, they were to hard.
The ethos of the hotel, the rooms, the turn down service. Very cheerful, friendly staff. Excellent value for money when done via a site that gets a discounted rate...wonderful for a self employed business traveller! Loved the green plants on every floor.
The hotel is a high end hotel, the breakfast price is very steep for someone who does not make the most of a buffet style. I eat very little at breakfast, but like to be able to have coffee and a small bite. The fridge in my room was very small and runs very warm.
The staff were always happy to help. attentive and very friendly. The outdoor pool area was superb with views of the city all round. The indoor pool was warm and with a jacuzzi made it that much more relaxing. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. When we first went to the room it was a twin so we called to reception to say we had booked a double and they upgraded us straight away for the inconvenience
The gym was quite small and if you are into your weights then the weight limit is quite low
Proximity to airport is key in my decision to use hotel as I have to drive to and from Andorra- so to rest a night before an international flight is beneficial for me and my family. Also the staff are excellent
The hotel sure isn't located in the city center, but is only a 10€ to 15€ ride from it. Plus, the pure design of the rooms and the rooftop swimming pool with a view through all of Barcelona makes the stay definitely worth it.
everything was perfect! The staff are so nice, the facilities are good! The most I like is the pool and the bar which on the top of the hotel =)
Nice docoration. Comfortable bed and nice staff.
Just stay one night here.
Views from the hotel room were amazing, we were on the 25th floor. We liked the black out blinds. Appearance of hotel. Easy to find.
Confusion from the reception staff to bar staff as we were told from reception we were being given a complimentary cocktail drink. When we went to the bar to claim our drink we were told we weren't allowed a cocktail. Then the receptionist said she didn't say cocktail when she did!
The Hotel was spacious with a high degree of luxury. The staff were excellent.
It was a bit far out but it didn't create much of aproblem
Fantastic design, dishes, pool on the roof!
Only one night stood here)))
For business this is an perfect hotel, quality rooms, great view from the rooftop.
Distance to the old city is too far. Breakfast is ok, but could be better for the price you're paying.
Friendly welcome Cheerful & Helpful staff Great pool Modern Design
Limited in hotel meal options
Great shower ultra white room. good tv programs. comfortable bed. much coffee in room.
confusing system of working the lights. (card needed for lights to work) took a while to figure that out.
Very clean rooms, lots of plants, fitness and swimming facilities, tv had german, french and english channels. Excellent food was served. Room service was really quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
During night light from the street was still coming into the room, which made it more difficult for me to sleep through the entire night. Elevators had glass walls, so you became more aware of the height of the building (not so pleasant for people who are afraid of heights)
Overall efficiency of the hotel. Staff were also helpful and made an effort to make you feel welcome.
I wish the hotel had some foreign currency conversion capabilities. I had to go downtown to exchange US dollars for Euro.
I loved the design and outline of the hotel, it was very impressive to see the glass structure of the hotel floors and all the plants. The rooftop is beautiful as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the Palmer restaurant served some great food. There are great shopping facilities right around the corner at Gran Via 2.
No pay per view movies.
Excellent hotel, with easy access to bus, to get to and from the heart of the city (approx 20 mind)
Nothing to dislike about this hotel
quite nice room and view
hard bed (we cancelled stay after first night) personnel didnt know my reservation had breakfast included and i had to proof with screenshot of reservation
Business traveler friendly hotel.
This hotel is designed for singles or young couples with no kids. Way over priced!
