Location very close to the center of the city.

More cleaning required. And some parts on the rooms need renovation, are old. Services was not special. We asked for ironing of a shirt but did not help us.

Perfect location if you're looking to explore the neighborhood and shops; just 50 meters from metro stop, close to Retiro park, and easy metro ride to historical center

The room was very nice, but the mattress was very hard. I like a firm bed, but this mattress was beyond firm.

Large bathrooms with separate bath and shower with strong water pressure. Superkingsize beds with crisp cotton sheets. Sky and bbc news. Excellent buffet breakfast

Pillows were not plump. However room service immediately delivered two extra on request plus a snall bottle of bubbly as an apology so really can't complain

The location is fantastic., as well as the hotel staff and the comodity. It is a pity the internet thing.

The internet access. In the room impossible to accede and almost always impossible in the common areas, either using the computer or the iphone.

Catalonia Goya was at a great location with a beautiful view in the very center of Madrid. The staff was very attentive and helpful when asked for tips or help on locations.

The beds could have had a bit more support.

Staff were excellent, room was nice, internet worked and was free (I don't stay in hotels that charge for internet because it is a necessity, just like water, so by avoiding hotels that charge, I am doing my part to help travellers). Location was convenient if you want inner city Madrid.

Parking. Euro $31.50 at the public carpark

Very friendly and nice surroundings, streets and neighborhood, hotel is situated in Serrano district one of the most beautiful parts in Madrid and very close to Salamanca where there a lot of nice special shops, restaurants. I really recommend this location to choose hotel, it is really pleasant, calm, for me it is much better to stay here than somewhere in Gran Via, Puerta de Sol where is very loud and there are also unfriendly streets there!!! Good breakfast.

Hotel is not luxurious furniture is ordinary..But it thepends on what you are looking for. For me this is best option when you are staying in the city you need good communication and location.

The staff were very helpful and the location was great. Breakfast buffet was extremely good.

Problems with wifi connection which meant I had to keep going to an internet cafe...on the 2nd last day a member of staff spoke to someone who sorted it for me but I was surprised nobody had had the same issue before...I had to swap over to Google Chrome from Explorer.

The view of the church and street and the breakfast was awesome! The room service from telepizza and sushi club was great!

The parking is quite expensive and far from the hotel. The hotel should give a discount if staying more than one day, stayed for 3 nights cost us 100€.

Bathromm tiles are in very bad conditions, looks derty but are not.should have been replaced long time ago, lack of bad maintenance. As well very anpleasant to see a hair on the bench inside the bathroom, just because housekeeping supervisor does not control properly.

They gave us a complimentary bottle of Champagne :)

The internet didn't work in my room. There might have been some problems with the access point near me, because the rest of our friends that were scattered in other parts of the hotel, had no problems at all. I didn't complain about it, so that is my bad.

The location is very good, staffs friendly, very clean and modern. For sure I would recommend to everyone.

Friendly staff, nice room

My friend didn't like the bed mattess, she felt uncomfortable. There was very strong smell in the room, we didn't feel well
