The room was good bed good sheets and pillows fine. Bathroom good

The swimming pool was filthy so we could not swim. The main reason for booking the hotel was the pool the location was undesirable and the hotel was very overpriced for what we got.

The stuff was very very good that's the only thing I like in this hotel

Excellent location in the very centre of the city. Big and spacious room and bathroom.

Located with windows to one of the busiest streets in the city, so it never gets quiet. Internet worked well in the room, but they have an idiotic system where you have to login every time you go standby for a second.

Location was handy, near Metro and Museums and P. Sol

The lighting was strange, one switch controlled all wall and ceiling lights!

Very good location on the center of the city. The room is modern with style and clean. Good price for the quality and location.

Perfect location! Friendly, helpful staff. Nice bar with good "tapas" to relax at the end of the day.

The outside appearance was not as nicely kept as the inside.

Way overpriced for what youre getting. rooms are a bit dark and dingy. Uncomfortable beds. The pool is more the size of a jacuzzi, despite the picture which shows it to look like a 10m lap pool.

Fitness room not working

The location was good and the spa wa good

Didn't get explained about the fitness centre and spa where it was located and that we needed a different key. Rang up to ask about if and all we were told was it was on ground floor, had to walk around trying to find it and then key wouldn't work as we needed another one.

Great location! Room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Our room does not have a view as it is facing a tiny lightwell, but it is welcoming quiet even the property is on Gran Via. WIFI is good, except you need to enter password every time.

Unconfortable beds and old rooms. Huge and hard pillows!

Great central location, a minute to the metro stattion. Very close to many interesting places. We've got a quiet inner room. The room is spacious and clean. Good bed, good matress. Bathrooom amenities. Good cleaning, white towels. What I particularly liked was the jacuzzy bath in the bathroom. Wi-fi connection was stable and good enough to check emails or browse internet. Good breakfasts. We we glad to use the promotion (breakfasts at 10 euro, buffet-style). There is an internet corner (two computers) free of charge, that was good to check timetables, flight check-in, etc. Nice restaurant, menu del dia available.

The pillows were most disappointing, in contrast to the bed. Thick and so hard, pain in the neck. The room requires minor refurbishments. In order to have the safe lock and key, you have to return to the front desk and get it under a deposit of 20 euros. Would be great if the front desk personnel suggested the guests should take the lock/key at check-in. Too few English channels on TV (I only managed to find BBC News).

The English of the stuff was not good. When we arrived one of the crew explained to us about the superior room, that it is the only room that has double bed and not 2 separate beds. I don't believe that this is the situation and if so, it should be reflected in the hotel page here.
