A fantastic hotel highly recommended. I had a beautiful room quiet, spacious and secluded. The staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities including the spa, gym and cafe very good. The breakfast was delicious. The location sensational as you are within walking distance of the Prado, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sant Ana, Puerta del Sol, the flea market and other popular sites.

Luxurious spacious rooms, attentive and friendly staff- with a special mention for Claudia in the bar area. Certainly one of the very best 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Also ,it is centrally located, just yards from a metro stop.

-Great shower, could turn it on without getting wet. Spacious, great temperature and pressure -Large room, very clean, contemporary design, great toiletries -Good location, a block to Anton Martin metro stop -Great fitness room, though could use weights Did not have that much interaction with staff but when I did they were very helpful with the exception of initially did not understand my question regarding the internet signing you off. Add washcloths The internet was terrific however you had to sign on every time you used it. If you stopped typing for a minute you had to re-sign on. Seems as though this was fixed during our stay.

The location is good very near to Metro: Anton Martin and just 5 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and San Miguel market. Staffs are also very nice and helpful.

Location, in the city center, within walking distance from the Prado museum and other main tourist attractions, next to the busy and colourful Plaza Mayor, and to the lovely Plaza Santa Ana. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Great wireless internet connection.

everything perfect, my friends were comletely satisfied by the selection I made. Next visit to Madrid I will look for the same place if their prices remain in the same range. the rather cold weather, but the hotel cannot be blamed for!!

Great location, very friendly helpful staff. Clean modern rooms with excellent bathrooms. Free WiFi in the room was a bonus and was fast and reliable. Rooms were also super quiet. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Staff is super friendly, willing to arrange everything for you. I had to take an early flight back and they arranged a take-away breakfast for the next day. Rooms are modern and clean, and the location couldn't be better. I would have liked a 24-hour room service and a larger spa. However these are minor things I would recommend to make this hotel even better.
