The location is great. Right next to metro station Clot /200m down the street/ and from there about 5 min to Sagrada Familia, 15 min to La Rambla, 30 min with connections to nearly every tourist attraction in the city/. Also the hotel is near Mercat de Clot - 500m - very cheap friut market, small cheap supermarkets and la Caixa bank and terminals. There are signs and orientation is easy. Also you can see the Torre Agbar just around the corner. from avinguda Meridiana and walk up to it. Its 20min tops. The room was clean and had direct sunlight and staff was nice, polite and knew good English.

I didn't like that I couldn't get the wi-fi internet from my room but it's probably due to the lack of proper equipment. So for me internet was only available around the reception desk. But I didn't really need it anyway because I was preocuppied with the city countless attractions. The sink clogged once, the key card stopped working. But all these were very smal problems which were quickly removed by staff.

Quite good localisation, close to underground. Good cleaning service.

Some rooms are renowated,it's worth to ask at the reception for better room. Rooms with street view are really noisy.

Only 150 yards from the meridiana exit of the clot Aragon station line 1& 2. City centre is just 10 mins by metro also direct line for airport 40 mins. Large rooms with quiet surroundings, fairly ok breakfast, very good value for money. Very close to the glories cento commercial.

Great location, the staff was very very friendly, room was cleaned perfectly.

The room was too small.

The reception and cleaning staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful.

Not a big problem but I would have preferred a room with fewer beds and a bit more space - Two beds would have been ok but three was one too many. But as I siaid, not a big problem as I was only there at night.

It was clean, friendly and close to metro

The hotel was on a busy one way with a stop sign directly below and even though we were on the 6th floor the noise was non stop all night. We had to turn on the tv to a music channel all night to drown out the noise so we could sleep!! The double bed was two single beds individually made up and pushed together. If you want a rest and good nights sleep don't go here. I would suggest that management should use triple glazing on the windows to help this noise problem.

The hotel is very nice and close to the metro ( only 10 min to the center). They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. We had a nice surprise on the birthday of my boyfriend, we found a bottle of wine in the room and a note.

The room and the bathroom are very small, you can barelly move. And there's no balcony.

Location, just a short walk away from the Clot metro station. Also, we walked to Sagrada Familia, it took us about 20 minutes.

Friendly staff, well located, good value for money.

Window shutters broke during my stay, and after a week it still was not fixed. Hotel staff definitely forwarded the request to fix it, but the service of the persons responsible for the actual fixing is not up to scratch.

The staff was very welcoming. They were helpful and even with a language barrier, they went to great lengths. Always smiling. Thanks

I didn't like this hotel from the start. Although we were on a non- smoking floor it wreaked of stale cigarettes, the parking is more than a block away and we had to hike five floors of stairs to get to it because the parking lift was broken even though we were paying 23 euro a day. The breakfast was possibly the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The air-conditioning was completely inefficient and the room was a boiler room.

It was clean and comfortable. Nothing extraordinary, but that's what I was looking for. Just to have a place where I can have my sleep and shower so that it is not far away from the center at a reasonable price. The hotel offered a very nice breakfast. The staff was speaking good English. Everything was good.
