Great hotel in a great location. Just off La Rambla on a pedestrian road and in the middle of shops and restaurants. Short walk to the main cathedral and Santa Maria del Mar, as well as the hop on hop off busses if thats your thing Staff were friendly and helpful. Only minor thing are thin walls so if you are a screamer be warned but it's free entertainment for the rest of us.

Good location. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast and restaurant was nice!

The hallways need up keep and painting. The halls make the hotel feel like it was formerly a hostel or dormitory.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff and great food in the attractive restaurant.

Taxis are unable to drive to the hotel. Passengers are dropped off 300 metres away. OK for fit and able guests, but jot good for anyone with mobility problems.

1. It is in a good location for a city tour trip. 2. Room is very neat. 3. Employee is friendly. 4. We feel we need more facial towels and tissue papers than provided. We did not ask for it though. 5. Lotion labels are in terms of spanish language only. No English label is added. 6. Safety box is provided free if requested. 7. Wi Fi is provided free provided you prepare your own adaptor for the voltage change.

The location of the Hotel was very central. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The small bar was comfortable, however I found it strange that you could not take a drink, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, outside by the pool area where there plenty of tables and chairs.....this included a bottle of water. I was told it was a local council decision. Very strange!!

Best location, near plazza catalonia , rambla, shopping center, metro etc. Free wifi all over the hotel include the room. Best room design. Lcd tv, new bath room and balcon.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony view over the main street. Breakfast was relaxed with a good choice of foods. Staff were very helpful with any requests we made during our stay. The only criticism we would have is that the pool wasn't heated, so in April even with the sun shining it was un usable.

The crew was very kind and Patient. The room was clean. Free WI-Fi, and available computer.

It was perfectly situated in the middle of the city on a car-free shopping street, just adjacent to Barri Gotico, Las Rambla and Plaza Catalunya. Nice and clean room with a view and balcony to the Portal des Angel. Amazing breakfast with lot of fresh varieties, The staff was very helpful, ecspecially Loni (?) in the reception. We can really recommend this hotel !

The location is ideal as it is in the centre of Barcelona, with a 5 minute walk to the stops for the Aerobuses that take you to the airport (all terminals). The shops are all on your doorstep too which is handy. Despite being in the centre, you would not tell from inside your room as it is very quiet. The room itself was perfect. It was very clean and we were provided with a kettle, teas as well as complementary biscuits and water upon arrival which was a nice surprise. Bathroom supplies were replaced daily without fault. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. They spoke excellent English so communcation was not a problem. even though we do not speak Spanish. The key they gave us for the safe deposit box did not work properly and they gave us a new one immediately. Breakfast is well worth it - I have never had such a wide range of choice including cheeses, meats, salmon, toast, mini sandwiches, pastries, fruit, cereals, coffees, juices - all fresh and regularly topped up during the breakfast period. Excellent stay in a brilliant city. Thank you very much.

It is located in the heart of the town at the entrance of the old town. It has a great entrance with old and new mixed. The outside terrace with small swimming pool and facilities for sunbathing as well as breakfast are excellent. The terrace is surrounded by a diversity of painted walls (very nice) and some other houses. The inside accomodation is relative small. My room was relative dark but very nicely decorated and superb clean with all the facilties of TV and very good free Wifi connection. Every day the room is cleaned and the bathroom is excellent. Well, free..of course as the normal hotel price is high but wait for the occasional bargains and you can have a room for 100-120 Euro.
