i was suprise for the very good attitude in the Hotel

location convenient with direct bus to/from airport. Metro and city tour bus are directly near hotel.

The air condition did not work, unable to produce cool air, so that the room is indeed very much warm. I believe in summer it will be turned on, but in mid-march, without cool air, the room is still very warm.

Nice modern rooms, free internet, helpful staff who spoke excellent English.

The location was fantastic and the view of the Magic Fountains from our bedroom was superb. Will love to visit again:)

first of all there is the great local of the hotel/ it is placed in the main spot of Barcelona. the view is unbelievable. The service is the highest level can be. We enjoy every minnute beeing in this hotel

Great hotel, great location!

The location is excellent. Close to the airport, has a metro station in front of the hotel. Has free internet.

The worst part was the room. It was not clean at all. I found an empty condom box in the room. One of the water bottles in the room was already opened and was not replaced. A lot of hair in the bathtube. I would not expect such a service from a 4 starts hotel.

great location - public transport - including the airport bus - outside hotel - not too far from airport. room was spacious. breakfast was varied and plentiful.

reservation system - thought I had three nights reserved and turned out to be only 2. Had to find another on my own.

The staff was very accomodating. They spoke English reasonably well. The suite was fabulous.

The swimming pool can be rented out to public. There was a huge party and loud music which was right under our room. Not very relaxing. Would not have booked here if I had been made aware.

Perfect location (aerobus, metro, train at Sants, ...). Everything OK. Also new shopping center nextdoor;

Wifi could sometimes be faster. The breakfast and dinner is expensive, but there are plenty of options nearby in Barcelona.

Presumably a fine hotel - my score is for the Catalonia Ramblas hotel, a sister hotel in the same group. Originally booked 1 night in the Barcelona Plaza, the hotel called me in the morning in the UK to tell me that I was being moved to the Catalonia Ramblas because of hot water problems. That was ok and they offered me a taxi also since this would put me at an increased distance from my meeting. The Ramblas commented that they often have to take on customers from the Barcelona Plaza because of hot water/air conditoning issues. The Catalonia Ramblas was a fine hotel; would go back no problem.
