Have stayed at this Hotel before and return again for the friendliness and helpful staff. Good size rooms and location close to metro station which is only six stops from Placa Cataluyna. Excellent Value so close to Barcelona Centre.
Staff very helpful and polite. Good size clean room.
Location, price, cleanliness
Wify isn't very good. WC is very small
modern, clean, great staff, well priced vs Centre hotels, good wi-fi, nice finishes,
I couldn't stay longer.
Hotel very nice, people nice, Barcelona nice, will come again next time.
They have given us 2 sq. Meter room just behind the restaurant despite the fact that we have paid for a normal room upon booking. The room was not clean. On the second day they have moved us upstairs but they have charged the full amount for the first day. İt was a horrible room without daylight. İ do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
Comfortable & clean with helpful and friendly staff.
Most things were good. Staffs are polite and quality and location was alright.
there are bed bugs despite it looks they changed the linen for two nights. I asked to staff to solve that problem but they even had any solution for that. Looks really irresponsible. Still suffering from bed bugs' bites.
location, balcony, friendly staff, over all appearance, will come back
just enough space in thye room; shower small and limited water quantity
The staff are cooperative The location in a nice quite area and close to the train station Christina and her colleagues are helpful and made our stay very enjoyable
Close to Metro station and a couple of local bars. Good room, although we had to move for our last night due to extending our stay and it was not so good. Good secure parking but fairly expensive.
No parking outside of hotel for unloading car.One way system confused the satnav, which meant eventually I had to make a somewhat illegal move. Sound proofing could be improved.
Out of the city. Easy 10 minute journey by train into the town. We had a little outside area which was nice to get some air. Rooms are small but quite adequate for what we needed.
Noisy maid service in the morning.
Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is good, quiet neighbourhood, about 10 minutes by metro to Placa Catalunya. Metro station is also close by. Free WiFi internet. Clean rooms. Beds are OK. Excellent value for money.
My single room was smaller than average.
The hotel is only a three minutes walk from the Les Tres Torres station for L6 line of Barcelona metro, and close to a night bus stop too. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the neighborhood calm and nice, and the room was just what we expected :) We are very happy and satisfied with the visit :)
There is nothing to complain about the hotel! But if only the metro station wasn't the L6 but the L4 it would be the greatest thing, as it would have a direct connection to the beaches :D Changing to L4 from Catalunya L6 was a bit inconvenient. But then if you're not looking to go to the beaches so often, it is just perfect to be linked directly to Catalunya then!
The staff are very pleasant and efficient.
The breakfast could be better, especially the tea cups, mugs should be provided.
staff, staff, staff clean hotel comfort near metro station
Only 45 euros per night for a good quality hotel, clean, helpful staff.
When I first checked in the reception said he didn't have a room for me (despite my having reserved the room with credit card online well in advance), and he wanted me to move to another hotel. A few seconds later he looked at his computer and suddenly changed his mind and offered me a room. It was not a good first impression, but after this all went well.
I liked nothing about this place
This is the worse hotel I have ever stay at. It's definitely not worth more than 20 euros a night. It was completely a hole. The rooms and floors were so dirty beyond description.
It was very cheap considering how clean and big the room was. It's about 15min taxi from ramblas. 15min metro from ramblas. It's in a very quiet area.
The staff they just did not care.
Everything was ok, specially the bathroom, AC, wifi and cleaning. The metro station is near from the hotel and the trip to the center of the city only takes 10 min.
This was the only place in Barcelona where I could not use my mastercard (due to technical problems). I had to pay in cash.
Quiet area, good services. Close to tre torres metro station.
We took breakfast at 9'30 (timetable: from 7'30 to 10h)."Salted" options were poor (only cheese, no ham, same pieces of salami...). One kind of bread. The options for sweet breakfast were better.
the room was great quiet neighberhood
I was not given the correct room I booked online, but the staff managed this within 24 hours, and I got what I booked
- Area is really good for a relaxed rest in the city (city's richest indeed, luckily GREEN (=fresh and calm in summer), safe residential area with enough services and life), much better than crowded and traffic-full centre - breakfast was really great! Plenty of original alternatives such as cakes. - personnel is really nice. I'd like to especially thank Xavi for all the time he spent advising us in a close but formal fashion suggesting us places to eat and going out for our tastes (Greetings Xavi, you could do as a market consultant!!). The girl in charge of serving the breakfast was also very nice. - Room was very clean and conditioned and so was the bath. We cannot complain on anything. We could slept in July even without the need of activating the air cooling, just by opening a window. - Customers seemed peaceful, mainly couples and business people, some families.
- Consequently, most (non-tourist-spot) expensive area in the city, we found some services in surroundings almost double priced (or half sized) than other non-hotspot places But if you are not spanish and expect to move throughout those tourist spots, you'll hardly notice. - If you plan to stay long or move a lot, you'd better rent a car, otherwise you'll rely on the train for every move to hub on city's main station. It's really 10 minutes to the geographical centre, it's just that area does not offer a lot of connections in terms of public transportation (guess it has to do again with the wealth of inhabitants). Anyway, we are avid walkers and the trip to the beach was interesting as diagonal is 10 minutes on foot so you end up crossing whole modernism area (eixample). - Noise isolation could be improved a bit at least in the base floor but nothing really serious as I don't expect people having interest in midnight party picking such a place. Also, our bed was totally comfy but it was a bit noisy (however we booked the last room remaining)
