The staff were great and very helpful. The location was on a quiet street and the back of the hotel was on a courtyard. It was easy to walk to a hop on hop off bus tour and the Sagrada Familia was less then 15mins to walk. If taking a cab to and from airport expect an average of 35euros.

I did ask for a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room as hotel was busy. The room was clean but the smell of stale smoke was bad enough where I was changed the following day. If you want to be closer to nightlife check other hotels unless you don't mind using cabs..which are easy to find in Barcelona.

A step back in time hotel with tons of great details in a a wonderful non touristy neighborhood. The staff was great..especially Monica and Jemma and Keisha. The top floor has a seperate elevator and great terraces. If you are a world traveler that appreciates detial and subtle yet essential service ...this hotel is great. This hotel does not exist on tourists alone. If you want to hang with other tourists and tiour groups...stay closer to the center. If you want a cultrural and relaxing city break...all within a 15 minute walk of the busy tourist sights..stay here and you will enjoy it. **hotel was exceptionally clean

the breakfast was a bit pricey

Good location close to a metro station and 2 stops from la rambla. Very well located for sight seeing. Rooms were clean, modern and bigger than expected. Good value for money.

Good place to stay I will be back on my next trip

The location is very good for shopping and for watching the city around. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, and also all transportation stations are very close.

Exelent location!Very close to central streets And metro also in 5 minutes walk distance.

Rooms are not so big for 4 star hotel.

Lots of natural light (but also blackout curtains if you don't want the light) gave the room a very homely feel. The location of the hotel is superb being half way between La Sagrada Familla and the Rambles. The staff have a strong service ethic, and were very pleasant.

For the price and location, everything was fine. Only thing was that the pillows in the room are a bit thin - but that's struggling to find something wrong.

Die Lage des Hotels war zentral, jedoch recht ruhig und etwas abseits vom grossen Rummel. Wir hatten ein eher kleines Zimmer auf der obersten Etage mit grosser Dachterrasse. Die Aussicht war nicht gerade berauschend, dafür war es sehr ruhig und wir konnten über Nacht die Terrassen-Türe offen lassen. Das Zimmer war sauber und relativ neu. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuss vom Hotel an den Catalunya Platz sind es ca. 15 Min. sowie zur Sagrada Familia. Einige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt hat es 2 Metrostationen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bot einige Auswahl, jedoch recht teuer und immer das Gleiche. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht. ich denke, in anderen Hotels ist es auch nicht anders, soweit ich das in den Bewertungen gelesen habe. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es mehrere Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken.

Staff molto gentile, posizione vicina alla metro, ma abbiamo girato quasi sempre a piedi. Sagrada familia a distanza di una fermata di metro, hotel vicino ai bus turistici. Colazione giusta c'era di tutto in quantità giuste, pulizia della stanza variabile in base a chi se ne occupava!Stanza e bagno grande!

Se non mettevi gli asciugamani per terra ogni giorno nn li cambiavano mai, il sapone lo mettevano solo se l avevi finito tutto (due flaconcini) ma a volte si sono dimenticate e l ho dovuto chiedere! Ci hanno addebitato il costo di due whisky (non bevuti e manco visti) che ci hanno poi scalato, ma senza neppure controllare!! Aria condizionata poco attiva e Wifi lentissimo!!
