No complains, very helpful crew.

The location was good.

Did not change the towels on the first day. Staff unprepared to give basic tips about the city (restaurants and best route to a destination, for example) Charged twice for late check-out Charged wrongly for breakfast. This is a 3 stars at best. Never a four star. For $150 euro per night, it is extremely overpriced and definitely not a good value for the money.

Rooms were lovely and clean and a great location for central Barcelona. Everything is in walking distance.

Boring breakfast food, the beds were a bit uncomfortable, the room was cold.

The Rolf terrace was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and staff was very nice.

The room could get a bit stuffy at times, the only option was to leave the terrace door open a bit, a little more ventilation would've been nice without having to turn the AC on. But that really is just a minor to complaint, because it's so easily solved.

Location

Awful experience with Catalonia Hotels: We arrive late in the evening. We were kindly told that there were a problem in the room and we must be diverted to another hotel of the group. Next morning there were no water at all in the shower !!!!!

The size of the bathroom! And the cleanliness of the room.

The location for the tourist was excellent. Within walking distance of everything you could possibly want and/or see. Metro stop very close. Staff knowlegable, friendly and extremely helpful.. Buffet breakfast was excellent. I would certainly return, and tell all my friends to book at this hotel

The location is excellent as it is within close walking distance of the Diagonal and Verdeguer metro stops which cover pretty much all routes. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia.

Poor customer service at reception. The lady who checked us in and checked us out was lovely but in between those times there was one chap who was downright rude. There are two room service menus in the room so we rung down to order only to be told that room service wasn't available as they were too busy - I didn't accept this and was then told to call back in 20 minutes. I called back in 20 mins only to be fobbed on yet again and told I'd be called back. I had to resort to marching down to reception with the room service menu in hand to get some service. When it arrived quality was good but food was cold. The rooms seem to be a lottery - saw photos on line of rooms with a terrace but ours had two small windows overlooking a peeling wall! (thr room itself was fine) The bar and restaurant have very erratic opening times - tried to eat in the restaurant one evening only to be told that it was being used by a 'special group' and was therefore closed to us!

Nice big, comfortable rooms.

Staff is not very cheerful and helpful. Wifi wasn’t working for 2,5 days so all business staff had to be done from other place and no discount. We asked receptionists to call a manager but he was ‘Sleeping’. Too expensive for its price.

I was surprised about the room i had for the price. The friendly and well mannered staff cannot but make anybody who visit ur hotel to reserve their again. Thanks gor the valued accomodation.

The only problems was the unavailability of the wifi. Although i reserved after making sure that wifi is available. I paid like 250 euros extra phone calls due to this unavailability and problem with wifi company and hotel.

The location was very good, just 250m away from metro station, and only 50m from the bus station ( excelent choice) ,just 10min away. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I d like breakfast to be included

Good hotel in quiet area but with good Metro connections. Very good for a City Trip.

Excellent staff!

No swimming pool.

Liked everything. Only annoyance was that the window would not shut properly, so could hear the outside noises. The first sliding window closed. But the second window did not close, and when we arrived it wasn't closed, so maybe broken.
