WiFi didn't always work and wasn't easy to initially connect to.

Our room and the terrace was great.

Hotel bar was only open between 20.00 and 23.00hrs, but was never staffed.

The staff were excellent. I had to change my booking and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Their English was very good. But it was the location, right in the city centre which made the hotel such good value for money.

The hotel is located in an ideal location within walking distance of all the main sites in Valencia. All staff from reception to the cleaners were extremely friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Storage space for clothes was limited and not ideal when staying for a long period of time.

It is located very close to the old city within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Price was also reasnable for the location.

Comfortable hotel in a very good location for beautiful city of valencia. Lots of restaurants close by. The plaza Ayuntamiento(town hall square) and the walk to the cathedral and old town is great. Ideal to have a map!!.

Could have been a choice of pillows otherwise no complaints had a great break

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was brilliantly placed for exploring the old town. Despite this, it's also nice and quiet, even at the weekend.

The front-desk staff were amazing! They spoke multiple languages and were full of information about restaurants, night clubs, and attractions. The room was clean and modern! We would definitely stay there again!

We liked almost everything: the staff are most helpful, the decor is good, its location could not be better for visiting the historic centre. The breakfast is great.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location. Near cafes and restaurants.

Problems with water heating. There was no hot water the first night. However we did get upgraded to a room with a terrace. Even after repair the water was lukewarm - fine for a shower, but not for a bath.

The number one is the location. Right at the heart of the town. It's less than 5 minutes to go to great restaurants and bars and the most luxurious shopping area of the city with branded goods. I was there for a quick weekend business trip. The staff are very friendly and responsive to issues.

Well, we had a rare incident that the hot water didn't run for two days. They gave me discount, offered free breakfast and many other free things. It won't deter me from coming back though.

Very nice hotel at the heart of the city of Valencia. The stuff was very friendly and the room very clean. The price was very good. I could not give 10 out of 10.

As usual this hotel is excellent value for money right in the heart of the city, yet quiet. Reception staff very friendly and gave us the room which we had asked for. Good fast free internet.

The introduction of 40 euros deposit for key to safe. Why not provide free digital safes as part of the service.
