A great hotel with very friendly staff who made my stay a real pleasure. Very central and next door to excellent cafe and park.

The staff give excellent service and they did everything to help me during my stay.

There were no English channels on the tv in the bedroom and there were only Spanish subtitles.

Lovely large clean room with terrace. So close to town and easy walking to many places of interest. Tapas bars and fruit shops only a few streets away. Safe walking at night. 20 minute walk to Autobus station and 15 minutes walk to train station.

Time was up and had to lkeave.

Location is great for siteseeing and quiet.

Friendly staff

Noise all through the night, and stench from kitchen in the room both evening and morning. Hotel looking tired and room needing renovation.

Everything- rooms wer big spacious spotlessly clean- staff the most friendly I have ever come across- breakfast was lovely and very nice and fresh

There is no parking that is either easy to find or cheap to use. So use the hotel car park at 12 euros a day.

Staff nice, very comfy beds, not a bad location

Coffee in restaurant is disgusting, better to pop next door to roses cafe. Car park tricky to find and anything bigger than a smart car requires some skill to get down the 5 ramps keeping bumpers in situ. Mini bar not working despite reporting it. Why do these places not have tea / coffee facilities in the room?

The ability to book a lateer check out was very good.....!! And ideal if you have a later nite before and dont normally get to have a sunday lie in ;-)

My wife and myself had a terraced room on the top floor. We did not expect a lot but were mad every welcome by the staff and pleased by the room. Best value of many rooms that I have had in Spain.

Hotel has issues with bad odours. The reception area smelt musty and unpleasant and the first two rooms we were offered on the third (non- smoking) floor smelt strongly of smoke - though the large can of air freshener we found in the second room suggests housekeeping were aware of the problem.

It was very good value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast. The hotel is handy if you arrive by train and a short walk to the main sights in Murcia.

Staff were very helpful. location excellent. Its a lovely city for sightseeing. Never a chance to get lost in Murcia always someone ready to help.

The hotel is perfect as a base. It is in expensive, but clean and the staff a good. The beds are small and not very comfortable.

It's not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are standard, on the day we arrived there was no hot water and the staff didn't even apologize for that.

It is quite friendly hotel. Nicely located and very near to the city centre. Walking distance to some of the nice Restaurants in town. The best part was on the side streets the parking was free.

A super hotel with extremely friendly staff in a beautiful city with no tourists (Murcia is the Valladolid of the south). The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the centro/cathedral, a 10-minute walk to the railway station and 15 minutes to the bus station. There is an excellent cafe/pasteleria next door to the hotel that seems to be open all day. Just really good and wish we had stayed there for an extra night rather than in Alicante.

Good location, only 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral square. Very quiet in the room. Good lobby downstairs.

You can hardly find what to do for more than one day in Murcia.

Excellent location, extremely friendly hotel staff. The room was comfortable and spacious, wi-fi free and good quality.

Room was a little too hot - we couldn't get the fan/AC to work properly (although we didn't ask for help either).

Its very central location, walking distance to the train station our room window faced the internal courtyard so it was very quiet which was very important to us.

El parking es estrecho e incómodo. Hay que reservar. La planta baja y recepción es algo vieja, arriba todo reformado.
