The hotel provides complimentary bottled water and fruit plate upon arrival. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has about five steps at the front door, so you have to lift your bags up the stairs to enter the hotel.

Location was perfect, staff was helpful, there are computers with a printer in the lobby. It is good, but you don`t feel like you are in a 4-star hotel, not very fancy.

Location and helpful staff. It was a pleasant walk into the centre and just a nice distance from the busy Santa Cruz area.We didnt eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. No complaints really. Soundproofing maybe.

It is 15 min walking distance to the center.Reception is very helpfull.WIFI Is available in the room.If you dont look for luxury, I exteremly recommend this hotel.(not to pay extra parking fee, please drive around the hotel and look for parking lot.I Am sure you will find a space. In Spain, there are three kinds of line for parking.1.Yellow: You can not park but you can stop for a while.2.Blue:You can park with fee.3.White:You can park without fee. And also you can park within blue line without fee from 2 pm on saturday till 9 am monday)

Staff very friendly Walls a bit too thin, I heard every sound coming from the room next store and unfortunately the people staying there were extremely loud. Also, the next morning the maids parked their cleaning cart right outside my bedroom door me so I didn't sleep at night or in the morning due to so much noise. Thin walls and doors!

- Hotel location was good for us as we did not want to be right in the centre of tourist area where it can be noisy at night since walls are thin. - Plenty of local cafes for cheap breakfast and coffee is excellent even for a tea drinker like myself. - Staff were very helpful when we needed them. - Wifi worked well in our room. Seville is a beautiful small city which can be visited quite easily on foot. Good way is to rent a bike (10euros for 5-6 hours) and if you ride non stop around centre and not cut through the side streets, it can be done in 60-90 minutes. You can also stop, park and visit the attractions so a good way to save time if you only have a w-ends stay. - Not very good at providing directions to the hotel. They only tell you how to get to the area - Walls are thin but from what I have experienced, most Spanish buildings are either old or built on the cheap

The hotel has a great location for Sevilla; it´s within 20 minutes walking distance to the shopping area or the Giralda (really the main centre of touristic Sevilla), but it´s far enough away from all of this that you could, if so inclined, see Sevilla for more of what the locals see it for. For the price and hotel, I was expecting much better quality. My room was cramped and dated. Fittings in the bathroom were loose (or falling off in a couple of cases). The only access to a power socket (except for the bathroom) was behind a heavy sideboard. The window blind was broken. Not the quality I expected from a ´4 star´ hotel, regardless of what I´m paying for the room.

Walking distance from most attractions of Sevilla, but still accessible by car (don't forget your GPS though). Free WIFI. The ensemble is not charming, but good standard. For the price we payed (45 €) it is really great value. We met only minor problems: Noisy heating/cooling system. Poor choice of international TV channnels. Expensive breakfast, but you can get it half price in a bar just on the opposite side of the street. Could not park in the street, we went to a parking house (5 min walking distance).

The room was very large, with a huge bathroom and large sitting area. The water pressure was a trickle during the entire 3 day stay. On the first day, the water stopped completely after being in the shower for about 2 minutes. When reported to the hotel staff they said there was a problem and they were fixing it. The hotel also smelt very bad on the first day due apparently due to a burst sewer in the street. Of course this may have been the problem with the water, but the smell was making me gag. The location was on the very edge of the historical centre and did not feel safe to walk at night. It was however only about 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Close to the train station and shopping, tapas bars. When we first arrived, the receptionist couldn't be pried off a personal phone call. Another staff member came to the rescue and dealt with us. Hotel needs to be renovated.

The only downside - no parking. But that's ok, there is a parking 600m away, close to Alcazares Royal Gardens.

Great views over Seville's rooftops from upper floor rooms at back. Uninspiring 1960s (?) frontage and lobby decoration. Wifi didn't always work in room.

Location was great: about 15 minutes walking to the train station and about 25 minutes to the cathedral. Room was clean & confortable, also had a small fridge. Staff was very helpful (we lost our printed itinerary and they offered to reprint it for us at no extra cost). Cost of laundry service was a little expensive.
