Great views over Seville's rooftops from upper floor rooms at back. Uninspiring 1960s (?) frontage and lobby decoration. Wifi didn't always work in room.

Location was great: about 15 minutes walking to the train station and about 25 minutes to the cathedral. Room was clean & confortable, also had a small fridge. Staff was very helpful (we lost our printed itinerary and they offered to reprint it for us at no extra cost). Cost of laundry service was a little expensive.

The room was very spacious and clean and with an amazing view. Close to the city centre (old city). Close to the Giralda, no more than 15 minutes walking. Not having enough parking places for everyone staying in. It forced us to park elsewhere, and it's very expensive, 20 euros per day.

Room was adequate, staff were friendly and very professional. The location between the Santa Cruz area and Santa Justa Railway station was nicely balanced. A 10 to 15 minute walk to each.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para visitar el centro. Además el personal del hotel es muy atento y servicial. Las habitaciones también están muy bien. Son espaciosas, confotables y con buena vista sobre la ciudad. Además las amenities que ofrece son excelentes.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked breakfast which turned out to be cheaper than when we booked and we were given a refund which they didn't have to do. The room, a standard, was large and comfortable. Access is by nine steps with no level or ramped access. Possibly should be 3star not 4 but good value for money.

Take about 20 minutes walking to train station and city centre, bedroom is clean and tidy. The price is reasonable and worth to stay for your holiday. It doesn’t look like a four star hotel because the old style, but still a little bit better than three star hotel. Bedroom is not very big but ok.

Check in was smooth, reception personel were friendly & warm & helpful the rooms were very comfortable and modern, there was a problem with my son's room and they give us another room without hesitation. Though we were not able to eat beef or pork, the breakfast was still good value at 8 Euro. Hotel was situated on the edge of the Jewish quarter, within walking distance of most of the important sights and great restaurants. I would go there again !

Clean, modern design, very friendly and helpful staff and a good location not far from the centre. The café looked inviting and with reasonable prices, although we didn't use it with so many other choices around. Big, comfortable beds. Not a bad walk to the railway station. Lots of good eating options in the area. Paper thin walls and no double glazing meant that our room was very noisy – tv and talking could be clearly heard as well as the traffic some distance away. The hotel seemed to be used by weekend visitors out for a good time in the city. Our neighbours woke us at 6.00am when they came back in and continued to chat and bang walls and doors. Not really 4 star material.

We went there twice during four days, the first room which we got was not so nice, like the level of the hotel with 2 stats, the second one is much better. Whatever, with that price, u can't expect an excellent one.

Close to main attractions It's listed as four stars hotel but the hotel doesn't rates more than two star. Some of the sheets were ripped, there were urine spots on the toilette seat and the bathroom's glass door had finger prints which was never cleaned. We woke up at 1:30 am one night from the noise from the next room, no insulation between the rooms.

The room was large, well decorated with nice furnishings on the third floor with a view of the Giralda, the staff were very helpful and the cleaning staff were superb, the whole place was spotless. The food in the breakfast room was an extensive buffet including cava, sparkling and still water, yoghurt,selection of meats and cheeses and cereals and seclection of teas and coffee. In all very good value for money and we would certainly stay again at this hotel the next time we are in Seville. The room had air conditioning which was a great asset in 47 degrees last week. We were very pleased with the whole stay at the hotel.
