The restaurant was closed as there were no groups and the food in the snack bar was terrible value for money and didn't resemble the menu photos. They used a microwave to warm up my pitta bread, which was rock hard and overdone, so I had to send it back. They redid the meal but it wasn't worth it. Also, don't stay here if you think it's convenient for the airport, you will still get charged the fixed rate of 30€ for a cab so I wished I'd stayed in the centre and saved on the first taxi from the train station, which was 12€! I should have stayed in the centre and got the airport shuttle bus from the station, but this is also 30€ so be careful!
They got my room ready so I could check in as I'd arrived early. The room was a nice quiet double, as requested. The staff was extremely helpful, efficient and couldn't do enough for me. There was a small restaurant across the road for tapas and/or a meal, especially seafood. The hotel pool was the clincher, I had it to myself! Breakfast was an excellent variety of both cold and hot choices and I was able to make a couple of rolls to take with me, although I should think so for the 8€ cost!
