Nothing at all is good or positive about this hotel.

everything.I would really like to give a full account of our stay at this excuse of a hotel but I just can't be bothered going over one of the worst holidays details again. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this place. BEWARE ! ! !

We were in the suite which has the most incredible balcony in Palma. The room was stunning and the bathroom has a huge shower and two person jacuzzi. We loved it!

Room was very clean. I had a brilliant view of harbor from balcony. Menu was ok.

The hotel is a bit far away from town. They have 'satellite' tv but not in english. Seemed to be a lack of Spanish food. Lacks a bit of atmosphere

The great view of the ocean and the room was very nice besides the A/C issue. Restaurant was very good, front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful besides not being trained in credits, and many kudos to Christina at the front desk for her exceptional assistance. Hotel was nice, good location and modern.

Room temperature was very uncomfortable as there was no A/C provided. I complained to the hotel and was told there was no heat or A/C as the unit was turned off and was also told many guests were cold so they could not accommodate anyone. We had a ceiling fan, but room took on lots of direct sunlight most of day, and ceiling fan was not enough. There was no ammenties provided on the daily basis, free or otherwise. Soap and toileries were not provided even when room was cleaned daily until I complained. The refrigerator was not replenshied either, even as we used charged beverages, until again upon request. In my opinion, housekeeping lacks service greatly and needs addressing. Television channels lacked as there did not seem to be any cable, only two stations with only CNN in English. No bell service was available for luggage delivery, something of need due to lifting capability on my behalf. Final note, I was overcharged 18Euros for laundry service as front desk did not know how to credit my account and I was told it would be done later once shift change takes places, but otherwise I will dispute charges with my credit card company if it was not resolved.

Good price. Spacious room. Staff helpful and friendly. Good food in bar. Nice views of Palma from the terrace (and front facing rooms). Easy to get to using the airport bus - get off at Club de Mar then a short uphill walk. Near to Portopi shopping centre.

Its location up a steep hill is its only negative! It is a long way from Palma centre, but I knew this when I booked so not a problem for me!

The manager and staff were excellent. Food was very good and plenty of it hot food was cooked while you wait, Hotel was clean, very handy for bus in to Palma. Will book hotel again

would have liked tea/coffee facility in room access to hotel is difficult - quite a climb up from the sea front etc

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly, going out of their way to help me with all kinds of things I needed. I also loved the view from the rooms over the sea and there is hassle-free WiFi throughout the hotel (very important for both business and leisure, especially if you travel alone!)

It's a bit far from the city center but that's why it's quiet. It's just a 20 minute walk from the old town, and 2 mins to the sea.

A very nice hotel in a good location overlooking the marina and opposite Palma cathedral across the bay, the outdoor terrace offered a very nice area to sit and eat or drink or just enjoy the view. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and kept very clean and tidy. The bar was very pleasant and comfortable, serving a good selection of snacks and amazingly cheap for wine - 1-2 euros for a glass. The bar staff were lovely too, always cheerful no matter how busy they were and constantly refilling bowls of crisps or nuts to go with the drinks. The outdoor pool looked very nice but was too chilly at the end of October for a swim! On the other hand the indoor pool was great - offering a lovely warm area for swimming, sitting in the jacuzzi, or just sitting and reading around the pool, we used this every day. Overall a very nice hotel with lovely, pleasant staff and extremely good value.

The hotel has a funicular to take guests from street level to reception but it was out of order for our stay and from reading previous reviews this may often be the case. This meant walking up quite a steep hill which may be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. We viewed it as a bit of exercise!

Great Breakfast buffet, clean rooms, good view, good pool facilities..

The hotel has a great view and its well located in a quieter area, the drink and food served at the hotel are all priced well.

The staff were very very unhelpful, nobody seemed to know what was happening, emails were sent in advance but were never replied. The male reception staff were rude. A late checkout was advertised for extra money which I wanted but 4 different ppl said they werent sure if it was possible, then on the morning we asked again and was met with a rude no! Which was dissapointing as we had a late flight, I expected that they had someone else for the room but still at 5 P.m there was nobody in the room, obviously it was a cleaning option but why did they advertise the late checkout if they dont want you doing it!!

Good sized rooms with terrace - worth paying extra to overlook Palma Bay towards the Cathedral. Hotel is out of city centre, but prompt taxi service. Nice sized pool (but water too cold)

Poor customer service and attitude. €10 cash demanded at reception to loan pool towels. Room safe had no lock unless a fee paid. Phone calls checks made before my wife could buy a glass of wine (even tho she had her room key) Not allowed tea or coffee in our room (ignored this!) Long queues to get coffee at breakfast, as only 2 machines. Took 2 days to get bedside light fixed. Witnessed other guests complaining about service levels at reception. Air conditioning too cold. If the hotel treated guests with more respect, it would be so much better and I would recommend it.

Located on a hill in a quiet street away from the noise of the stream transport system. To bus stops and shopping center 5-7 minutes walk. The staff works well. In my room was a fantastic outdoor area with good view, sun loungers and a table. from the port (after boat from Ibiza) walk to the hotel in about 20 minutes

in the minibar was not some products from the list. Reported this to the reception.

Friendly staff - good views

Booked for four people advised they will settle own account on departure, then they took all rooms against my card!!!

Very good location, near to places to eat and the very efficient and good value bus services into Palma and also to the beach at Cala Major. The staff were knowledgable and friendly and the sea views fabulous. The hotel is close to the city but far enough out to be relaxing. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean.

The information screen in the foyer is ok but more information leaflets and city maps in a prominent place would have been helpful.

Superb hotel, great location,great staff and great value! I will definitely stay here again!

The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous.

The cable car link to Calle Joan Miro was not in operation. (appeared to be out of operation for some time!) Without this it meant a serious walk up and down hills or a taxi to get anywhere even the nearest shop! This would be the deciding factor on whether I would book this hotel in the future. If it was not operational it not worth the hassle.
