Location, being near the park and shopping and restaurants nearby. Small and very old fashioned rooms, some of the things doesn´t work and it there a lot of repair to do within the rooms. The walls are very small and you can hear every noise inside the room.

The room facilities are old and shabby. We could not even close the door of our bathroom. This hotel also charges extra daily for using the private safe in the room. I stayed in many 4/5-star hotels throughout the world before, most of them have such a safe in the room for free use by the room occupier. A private safe in the room seems normal and popular now as to ensure the safety of customer's valuable belongings.

It was good value for the money. The room was spacious. Free Internet access which worked well. We didn't like that access to the safety deposit box cost an extra 4 euro per night.

- The breakfast is compact and still inspiring, a nice value for the price. - One week before the F1 Spanish GP (mid-May) the hotel gets populated by team staffs, which brings You to the F1 feeling (if You are an F1 fan). - The WiFi is of such a low capacity that it is usable only very early in the morning (02-06 AM, when everyone else is sleeping). - The room door is so flimsy that all (ALL) noises from the corridor come into the room unfiltered. - The rooms are worn out and quite grim. - Don't think of using the garage unless You are an expert in threading cars through a cramped, steep tunnel of concrete with a few 90 degree corners.

El equilibrio precio/calidad, muy bueno. Personal joven muy amable aunque quizás algo inexperto Precisamente por esa juventud y quizás falta de experiencia no saber cuando hay que tener cierta flexibilidad con la norma, por ejemplo, habiendo consumido el agua del minibar de la habitación, solicitar una botella de agua a las 24 H. y como cafetería estaba cerrada no proporcinartela.

La cercanía de los centros comerciales, el Park Catalunya y las vistas desde las habitaciones son expectaculares. La decoración es muy sobria y los muebles muy antiguos.

Hotel was zeer slecht. Voldeed totaal niet aan mijn verwachtingen. Airconditioning werkte niet omdat het winter was maar het was 25 graden in mijn kamer. Ik had een suite besteld i.v.m. comfort en luxe,zoals een uitgebreide badkamer met jacuzzi maar deze werkte ook niet. Verder had deze kamer totaal geen comfort en is er sinds de opening ca. 25 jaar geleden,mijn inziens, niets aan veranderd. Het hotel verkeerd in slechte staat en is zeker geen 4 sterren waard !! Ik ben een frequent reiziger en verblijf bijna het hele jaar in 5 of 4 sterren hotels maar een 4 sterren hotel zo slecht als deze kom ik niet vaak tegen.

Como siempre todo muy correcto.LLegamos a las cuatro de la tarde y tuvimos la posibilidad de comer. No conocíamos Sabadell y nos ha causado muy buena impresión. Volveremos y pasaremos por el mismo hotel. La cama excesivamente dura pero al degundo día ya te acostumbras. La pena es que hemos estado poco tiempo. Con más días ni lo hubieramos notado.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, huone siisti ja tilava samoin kylppäri ok. Huonepalvelu toimi hienosti ja hinnat kohtuulliset Huone ehkä turhan lämmin näin pohjoismaalaiselle, ilmastointia emme saaneet toimimaan halutulla tavalla 4 tähden hotelliksi vähän vanhahtava-huoneet kaipaavat pientä kohentamista, kuitenkin ihan ok, kun ei turhista nipota!

El servicio fue muy bueno y el personal muy atento en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación es muy espaciosa y con el baño muy bien equipado. Excelente en todo. No ha habido nada que no nos haya gustado. Quizá lo peor es la dificultad de aparcamiento en la zona que no sea de pago.

la disposition géographique à coté du parc. Les lits ne sonts pas du tout confortables. Les volets roulants ne se ferment pas complètement. De plus la deuxième nuit le chauffage ne fonctionner pas, on a du supplier la personne à l acceuil pour changer de chambre.

Me ha gustado las vistas que tiene al parque de Sabadell y el lujo de las habitaciones. Lo que no me ha gustado es que es demasiado antiguo y los productos del minibar son escandalosamente caros.

“It was a real pleasure to stay at "Urpi" , I'd like to congratulate its owners & the personnel for this cosy place where you feel "at home". Even if the view was not great, I was astonished by the great design of the room, of the bathroom+jacuzzi, by the cleanliness of this hotel - bedsheets were changed every day (even if we stayed there only for 3 nights...). Breakfast was very rich and tasty and prices on the outside terrace and in the cafe were affordable for any traveller. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is visiting Sabadell or Barcelona. Very well located near downtown and near Parc Catalunya (10 min walk) and close to the train station (~15-20 min walk) from where you can take the train every 10 min., During the day, to reach Barcelona. The receptionists are very kind and give you all the information you need (train schedules,timetables, prices, routes to follow to reach a certain place, and so on ) .
