Staff, for the most part were helpful and it had really good transport links. It was also only about a kilometre from Sagrada Familia so we could walk there.

There is poor signpostage - breakfast almost doubled in price from Sunday to Monday but there wasn't any signs around to let us know until we tried to pay. It is pretty noisy - which could be easily alleviated by putting some noise excluders along the bottom of the door - I could hear the guy in the room across the hall way vomiting in his room.

The room they gave to me had insects roaming around in it and very low strength of wifi to do my work. After complaint, they changed the room but the wifi problem still remains. If somebody wants to travel in Barcelona and not to stay inside the hotel then this hotel is good.

Very close to metro and many shops around. In room clean @ comfort.

It is immediately opposite one of the Metro Stations, out of the main tourist part of the city and although busy road outside, the hotel was quiet inside. Good selection of grocers nearby and cafes and restaurants. Not far from the tram line if you want to get to the sea quickly and all very safe walking around about. Comfortable 20 minute walk to the cathedral. Good sized room. Liked it very much and would happily stay there again.

The location was perfect just next to the subway station, staff was very nice and the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was worthy.

There was no fridge in the room...

Wlan & snack bar

The room smelled a bit funny; needed to be aired out (fresh air). Too much street noise (hard to sleep); require double windows in the front.

My self & daughter loved the Hotel, & the area as it was only few minutes from metro & train station & so it was brillant as the weather was really bad & we felt we were going home at night as we were so relaxed , The only fault we had to the catalonia is the staff are so noisy with both high heeled shoes & banging the hoover of the walls in each room & the pulling of the furniture in the rooms was the worst i have ever heard in a Hotel from my point of view i would suggest a few padding on the legs of the furniture & staff to keep the noise down also the lifts are a torture as all the rooms are beside them & people so loud at night we would say to any one to stay in the Hotel & it is a lovely nice clean one so good luck & we will be back thanking you for nice time Rosaleen & Dianne

I already gave a letter for the manager at the desk on day of departure 7 it is only a suggestion not a complaint

Convenience for City Tour

1. 4 Star Hotel but with "No Refrigerator" in each room, It's really ridiculous. 2. The bed is poor looking and dirty 3. The inner equipment of the Single Room is with very very very small space. 4. Service bad Not worth to stay this kinds of hotel any more !!

Only one thing I like from this hotel, the foods are ok.

I´m sorry to say that I dont like this hotel. The rooms are very small, not comportable to stay. This is like the hotel for backpackers but little nicer than backpacker´s hotels. Room layout is not good. The price is too high for this kind of rooms.

The price fit our budget well. The room was very clean. We had an issue with our television, and it was taken care of the next day.

It wasn't as convenient to many restaurants and shopping as we would have liked. But the metro system is really easy to use. We would have enjoyed more places to walk to.
