We did not like it. As soon as my husband and I entered our room, the smell of cigarette smoke greeted us. I booked at this hotel with the impression that it is near the airport but it took 45 minutes to reach the airport and it cost us 40.00 Euro for the taxi. When I booked at this hotel, it said it is a 4 star hotel which is totally untrue. I will rate this hotel a 1 star hotel.

Staff was very nice. Metro just across the street. Double windows to avoid the noise of cars. Room was ok. A little small for a 4 star.

We had a very pleasant stay and we'll come back again definately.It is 1min walk from metro station and bus station.5min with metro to the center.The hotel was perfect for the money we paid.The room was spacious,cleaned everyday. They must put a fridge in the rooms.

The reception staff was very cordial and helpful. They were truly great. It was extremely, extremely noisy even though we had a room that did not face the main road. We were on the 4th floor and could hear everything going on at the reception area, not to mention all around us.

Nothing! It deserves a bulldozer! The hotel staff were rude, but thought they were funny! It's is no where near a 4 star. I'm currently staying in a two star with better facilities and friendly people. It was truely a nightmare evening. The Air con didn't work, small room but would have been ok if everything else was but it was rubbish!

Basic hotel and for the facilities a bit costly. Offered free wi-fi which although I work in computing was completely unworkable, In my room the shower fixture was broken so I had to grab a bath in a 4ft bath, it was tricky washing my hair. Few sockets in the room so had to plug my computer into the bathroom socket and trail the cable.

Close to a metro station. A/C wasnt working, and when I tried to call downstairs to ask why, the phone didnt work either. The staff at reception were then rude to me when I went downstairs to ask why.

The hotel was fine. Room cleaned. It is set next to a big street so you may hear a bit of traffic at night. It wasn't a problem for me.

It is immediately opposite one of the Metro Stations, out of the main tourist part of the city and although busy road outside, the hotel was quiet inside. Good selection of grocers nearby and cafes and restaurants. Not far from the tram line if you want to get to the sea quickly and all very safe walking around about. Comfortable 20 minute walk to the cathedral. Good sized room. Liked it very much and would happily stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Good value for the price. The staff is nice and happy to help with directions and spots The location is not in the center but Barcelona metro system makes it unimportant. Take the breakfast - its good The porch is small and not opens enough

Unlike other hotels, they've charged the whole amount before we stay in the hotel. I asked the reason, they said "company policy". While booking, I've asked for a french bad because it was written as an option. When I came to the hotel, they said they don't have it. They've combined two single bads which wasn't comfortable. Heating was not working,room was cold.

My self & daughter loved the Hotel, & the area as it was only few minutes from metro & train station & so it was brillant as the weather was really bad & we felt we were going home at night as we were so relaxed , The only fault we had to the catalonia is the staff are so noisy with both high heeled shoes & banging the hoover of the walls in each room & the pulling of the furniture in the rooms was the worst i have ever heard in a Hotel from my point of view i would suggest a few padding on the legs of the furniture & staff to keep the noise down also the lifts are a torture as all the rooms are beside them & people so loud at night we would say to any one to stay in the Hotel & it is a lovely nice clean one so good luck & we will be back thanking you for nice time Rosaleen & Dianne I already gave a letter for the manager at the desk on day of departure 7 it is only a suggestion not a complaint

The only thing good I can say is the room was large for a European hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel... Would have to clean up some to be a 2 star. Location is to far from town and the hotel is old. Needs updating.. Internet dropped off all the time and was weak.. We moved to a 3 star hotel closer to town that was much nicer is all respects.

Not far from the center and beach (4-5 metro stations), clean rooms. It was said that it is 4 stars hotel, but i would give it 2-3 stars. It just didn't look as a 4 star hotel. Very noisy rooms, air conditioner (which you can't regulate) works noisy all the time. And the price for the service is too high.

The rooms and toilets were very clean. Location vis a vis train station was very convenient. Mini bar was a disappointment and was not redone properly every day. Sometimes the cups were missing, sometimes the water bottle. No refrigerator in room. Laundry service not good. Had to call again and again. Maybe staff less than necessary

Convenience for City Tour 1. 4 Star Hotel but with "No Refrigerator" in each room, It's really ridiculous. 2. The bed is poor looking and dirty 3. The inner equipment of the Single Room is with very very very small space. 4. Service bad Not worth to stay this kinds of hotel any more !!
