Great accommodation in a really beautiful town. Large, clean, comfortable rooms with parking available close by. You can park your car outside to unload luggage before heading to the carpark. Breakfast is a good price with plenty of options. Wi-fi is reliable and free of charge. Rooms are lovely and quiet and very spacious.
Staff on reception are average - not great English skills so not really about to provide information about the town, not overly friendly and answered the telephone a number of times whilst checking us in.
Too noise at night. People drug in the street coming from the surrounding pubs and clubs
Hotel very nice, didn't bother with breakfast as nice cafe bar 10yds away with lot cheaper options!
Very good bed Silent room Very good breakfast Location Good service in reseption
Stayed in a Junior suite, it was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of the room was immaculate. Unbelievable value for money, i would highly recommend this hotel.
No real negatives to be honest.
This was the last of five hotels I stayed at in Spain and it was one of the best. Even the standard room is gigantic (compared to Barcelona hotels). The location is perfect (overlooking a leafy plaza and just a few blocks to the old city sights and El Pilar), staff extremely helpful. The price was very reasonable. The front desk arranged a personal tour guide for me within minutes of my asking. I recommend this hotel without reservation to anyone visiting Zaragoza. It was a luxurious and peaceful stay.
We were hungry at night- around 9:30 pm and the cook made us an excellent fresh pizza and then drew us a map for touring for the morning
Breakfast buffet did not look good. Luckily we had not included breakfast in our reservation. I suggest you look and decide that day
Central location, breakfast buffet, room service, comfortable bed, informative desk staff.
well located easy access
Staff, room, gym, location, cleanliness.
Location was good for easy walking to all attractions and restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent
Slow service in the lounge and only Heinikin as the beer option.
Everything was just very nice, clean, great breakfast and was within walking distance of the main sights.. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again!
Brilliant central location a stone's throw from the main Pilar Basilica. The staff were very helpful, particularly during the rather manic Fiesta del Pilar. The breakfast had a fairly good selection.
I would say this is quite basic for a 4 star. Felt more 3 star, but otherwise met our needs. The room was fairly well protected from street noise with double glazing but the hotel lift was quite noisy and audible from the room.
Location was fantastic but didn't manage breakfast due to the late Festival parties going on everywhere.
Room was a little noisy due to the festival but was worth it as the weekend was one long party.
Location. 5 mins' walk to the Plaza del Pilar,10 to Plaza Espana and 2 to the Mercado where you can find lots of fresh fruit. Reception staff Lorenzo and Jorge very helpful, especially Jorge's restaurant recommendations.
Wi-fi was unstable. Disconnects intermittently. There was 2mm's worth of dust on the electrical cord of the hairdryer. During my 4 nights' stay, it was never cleaned. Fortunately I did not have to use the hair dryer. The toiletries were rather basic. Bath gel and shampoo were combined into one. No toothbrush or toothpaste. No kettle to boil water or make tea.
Really friendly front desk staff
Attractive hotel with tasteful mix of period and modern features. Handily placed for best parts of the old town. Good underground public parking nearby with reduced hotel rates which front desk promotes.
Very helpful and welcoming staff in a beautiful old building restored to provide a high level of comfort and service.
Great building and location Helpful staff Big clean rooms. Balcony
Elevator is located in the atrium and you can hear it all night long
The greeting from reception upon arrival was wonderful and welcoming. We found the location excellent and facilities more than suitable for our two day visit to Zaragoza.
location subsudised secure parking good breakfast
