Fairly cheap for the fantastic location. Mostly helpful staff.

Often quite noisy, given location not surprising... Also quite thin walls... Tendency for workers to use drills etc fairly early...

Held room for very late arrival. Tiny but clean room.

On small street, police won't let taxi come down it to pick us up.

Cost-friendly hotel with absolutely satisfactory minimum of comfort. Location is one of the best you can imagine for touristic trip to Barcelona.

the rooms were tiny, old blankets and covers used, dim and dismal. However location was briliant and sheets were clean. certainly no frills.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour reception means there is no problem with late or early check-ins. The hotel was very clean. Continental breakfast in the cafe opposite the hotel was good. The hotel is ideally placed for visiting the sights, near to the airport bus stop and the city tour bus stop. For a budget-priced hotel it was very good value.

The hotel can be very noisy, people check in and out all through the night, the floor surfaces are all hard (laminate or tiles) which means that wheeled suitcases make a lot of noise, corridors echo and slamming doors, loud voices etc. make it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Our party had 3 rooms, all of them suffered from a bad smell of drains in the bathrooms which seemed to come from the overflows of the basins and baths.

It was a nice place near Las Ramblas, the location was excellent. I recommend this hotel to people who are travelling for holidays with a tight budget, you are not getting significantly lower prices in hostels even. The breakfast was ok and even though it was the same every day, you are getting almost the same breakfast in other restaurants, so why pay and have to search for a restaurant in the morning when you have this option.

What I didn't like was the hair on the pillows. I wonderes if they washed them before we arrived...

Excellent location, nice big rooms.

No heating in the bathroom (though it wasn't too cold). There was an unpleasant smell in the room (from the sewer). Breakfast could be better. But altogether it was still great value for your money.
