Excellent location. Warm reception - the glass of cava was appreciated on arrival. Courteous and helpful manner of staff, especially front desk personnel. Pleasant rooms. Free wifi was great. Delicious breakfast. Would stay here again.

Excellent location in the heart of the city.

Small rooms.

We chose h10 for its location and reputation. The central location made sightseeing and travel very straightforward. The standard twin room was very small but clean and adequate for a weekend break. The bathroom needed updating as the plastic bath and sink were cracked - replacing the bath with a shower would also give more room! I would certainly upgrade to a larger room for a longer stay. The lounge area with free snacks and tea/coffee in the pm was very comfortable and the free internet connection very useful. The dining room for breakfast was light and airy with a good selection of food and friendly, efficient staff. The reception staff were also very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

perfect location and very kind crews

Best location right on Plaza Catalunya. Hotel lobby doesn't give much expectations, however the guest area and our room were very nice. Hearty breakfast.

The room size nice, but the bathroom though very nice and clean was rather small. We reserved a room with a terrace and expected it to be on the top floors, however it was actually on the 1st floor so little privacy as surrounded by other buildings.

There are so many things that I loved about this hotel. It had the best location imaginable, especially as I and my husband were first time visitors of Barcelona. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was nice and affordable and the afternoon snacks were there when I needed and did not need them.

The location is prefect. It s near to the train station and hop on and off bus. The airport shutter bus is stop opposite side of the hotel. Vy convenient to buy food, eat, shopping. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness and silence of the room, although in the city center

Employees unfriendly, tiny lobby (reminds some hostels),old and uncomfortable lift, photos are much better than the hotel

Location, good for everything. Room with balcony on third floor worthwhile, kept outside noise to reasonable level. Breakfast very good,also as some gluten free items were on offer, this was appreciated.beds comfortable.

Noise between bathrooms unexpectedly loud, suspect ventilation acts as speaking tubes.

Hotel was located in the heart of everything. Staff was excellent - spoke excellent English. Morning breakfast was super for the price. Room had a balconey that overlooked the Catalunya Square that was very romantic. Hotel was immediately across the street from taxi service, double decker sight-seeing buses and the underground. Lots and lots of mod shops, tourist shops, and some of the major attractions. They have resturants like the Hard-Rock Cafe, Burger King, McDonalds, Starbucks and many walk-in side walk cafes with outstanding food. The only drawback aspects about the hotel was their very hard and uncomfortable bed and very small room. I would recommend that actual pictures of the rooms be put on the internet. I do commend the hotel on having spotlessly clean bathrooms and the room in general. We had 5 pieces of luggage and, thank goodness we are small people, it was tight.
