The only thing I like is the location

Actually there are lots of things I did not like! To start with the hotel is nothing like pictures. The beds are the most uncomfortable on earth, even though I booked a double bed they gave as two twins next to each other, and the beds have wheels so even with a small movement they fall apart and you fall down. When we complained it they promised they would find a solution, but they did not do anything! When next day I complained they changed our room with an even worse room. It was next to the elevator and was impossible to sleep at all due to the noisiest elevator on earth! So would I ever stay there again? Never! I have been to a lot of hotels all around europe and this was by far the worst in terms of cost effectivenes.. So don't stay there, it doesn't worth the money you pay

single rooms are small. Breakfast was just average. Nespresso machine great for me but not liked by my elderly mother.

The location, really close to Catalunya place, is excellent. It is very easy to access to the airport and everywhere in the city.

I stayed a room which can view the square, however, there were trees between there and the room, then the window was small. In my opinion, it isn't worth paying more money for this room. Standard rooms are enough to stay.

Breakfast, location.

Gave wireless access but did not worked anywhere in the hotel (terrible), no lobby space, paid extra for Catalunya Plaza view but there was no view because it was blocked by the trees, rooms sound insulation was almost none and all noise from neighboring rooms were continuously coming inside, only one person bathrobe etc was provided, no bar, shower water was going to bathroom floor, etc.

The hotel was very well situated. The rooms were clean and well appointed, although quite small. The staff were friendly and helpful. The communal area was tastefully decorated and a relaxing place to be. Breakfast was varied and the dining room a lovely place to be overlooking Catalunya Plaza.

The free wifi did not reach our room, but this wasn't a problem as it was available in other areas of the hotel.

No terrace to sit in the sunshine.

The Standart double -room was very small

Very good location and staff, small rooms but very clean, modern design and confortable bed.

When we arrived to the hotel, they didn't have our room booked because booking.com forgot to book our reservation!!!!

Posizione perfetta, all'inizio delle Ramblas. Quasi tutte le principali mete turistiche sono a distanza pedonale. Capolinea dell'Aerobus a 50 metri. Staff ottimo, molto gentile e disponibile.

Stanze veramente molto piccole. Colazione da migliorare come varietà e qualità.

De behulpzaamheid v/h personeel.Had ver voor aankomst een verassing voor mijn gepland en daar hebben zij mij uitermate goed bij geholpen.

Localização e presteza na impressão de nosso cartão de embarque. Café da manhã muito bom. Bonita biblioteca.

Apartamento muito pequeno, tentam compensar com amenities, roupoes, chinelos...que só servem , na verdade para tomar mais espaço. Não tem nem uma saboneteira dentro do box. Muito barulho de carrinho das camareiras e conversas nos corredores.
