This charming hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool, a spa and a pretty ivy-covered façade. It is in the beautiful center of Granada, just a 15 minute walk from the famous Alhambra.

A very good location in the center of Granada.
The apartment was really dirty. The whole apartment smelled to poop and urine, I would guess its coming from the bathroom. Even when we left the windows open for a couple of hours, came back later to find the same odors!! Not to mention the spoons and forks were dirty too! Definitely would not recommend this place!
Laura at reception was great. We loved the location, the breakfast, etc. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Nice little tapas bar downstairs, too. Also, I loved getting up in the morning and watching the street and shops come to life on the cathedral square; and once again, the location was great! Would have stayed longer if we'd had the time!
Nothing. It was perfect!
Nice rooms and excelent location
You have to go to a different hotel to have breakfast and check in/out
The location was amazing overlooking the cathedral and in the heart of many shops, markets, restaurants and bars. The room itself was large of good quality with a seating and kitchenette area.
The apartments itself are not driveable to, which wasnt too difficult we parked our car in a multi story car park and set off on foot to find it. We found it relatively simply, but then the fun began ..... There is no reception and the door is locked, there is a note on the door telling you that check in is at another hotel with a map. 1 and a half hours later we were camped in a bar with our luggage taking it in turns to go and find the hotel Reina Christina, which actually turned out to be only 5-10 mins walk away. It wouldn't put me off returning as the hotel is excellent in all other aspects and amazing value for money ... My advice would be to do your research beforehand on the directions to the hotel Reina Christina and also the discounted parking mentioned in the hotel details and park there before attempting to find the hotels .. We left ours in the original multi story and it cost us 50 euros for just over 24 hours.
Perfect room for Semana Santa processions. Will book again.
Excellent views of the Semana Santa procession just before the floats entered the Cathedral. Incense wafted into our room and we could almost touch the Virgin Mary and Jesus from our first floor balcony as they floated by. The Hotel where you check in and out, was also the last place in Granada where Lorca stayed before he was killed by the nationalists. It has a real grandeur which aids the imagination. I'm glad we saw it.
Slightly defensive staff when the TV didn't work but on the whole very friendly.
We stayed at the Reina Cristina instead because the taxi was allowed to drive there but not to the Cathedral Suites (owned by the same people). It was very nice and welcoming. But we were cheated on the price.
Nothing in the website etc. said that there were no cars allowed near the hotel, which made it impossible for us to get there with our luggage. We were told at the sign-up hotel that we could stay there (no kitchenette) for the same price we secured thru booking.com. At check out we were charged almost double, with no recourse!!!
Quiet and well located; slept well.
I had to check inn at a totally different place, which I had to found myself asking neighbours. There was a "bathroom smell" all over the place. Sheets were not mint; probably someone slept before us... I had to deposit 20 euros to be handed a remote tv control...that was not working !
Female staff was very very rude. The location is very difficult to find The access to the hotel is too tricky
Great location. My room looked out over the cathedral square (not all do) which although quite noisy with the windows open (to air the stench), the noise was very evocative and welcome: guitars, flamenco, people. Bed was comfortable.
The fact that this site's description is very misleading. This is not a hotel. It is separate apartments owned by a hotel in a different building. To check in you must go to Hotel Reina in another street entirely. To use the safe you must pay extra. The staff there do not give you information unless asked for (safe usage, TV remote, breakfast etc) There is an unholy smell in the rooms (through the cisterns) from the ancient sewers outside and no WiFi except in the hotel's lobby. Apart from that it was great.
Location was 100 feet to CathedrNo al. Rmodeled room Nice hot shower. Has microwave and small refrigerator,.
5 short blocks walking from check-in hotel. Bathroom area-toilet difficult to get into without bumping hair dryer, etc. Lights timed out to early in halls. No printed instructions in room for phone....909 Was nuber for other hotel....they could not hear me on the phone. Nothing initially said about 20 euro deposit on tv control; Despite instructions on room safe the front desk has to be contacted to activate it. No wifi in room....have to walk to Hotel Reina Cristina to use their wifi. This room might be fine for Europeans but Americans would probably be a little surprised as we were.......not enough information at check in.
I liked having a room overlooking the Catedral. Juani at the bar was particularly nice.
I don't like that I was not allowed to cancel an extra breakfast I reserved. A room, I can understand, but not a breakfast when it's just a buffet. So, I got charged for two breakfasts at 12euro each, which is outlandish for a buffet anyway. I also did not like having to walk back to reception to reset my room key because they thought, in error, that I only had the room one night. Of course, I confirmed with the receptionist at check in it was for 2 nights.
Our second time at this hotel/suite as we loved it so much the first time and would definitely stay there again
The room was small but cosy. Opening the windows to the balcony with direct view to the square and cathedral whilst buskers play beautiful music with their flamenco guitars was so romantic and priceless. We have already booked again. We had a lovely breakfast at their hotel Reina Cristina just round the corner fabulous. Travelling by motorcycle there are many safe places to park.
The bathroom was a little small but well equipped.
