Good mirrors,good bathroom
The hotel was cold, heating was not working ,needed more blankets
Location to port and good parking
Stayed before and as always staff very friendly. Hotel clean and comfortable rooms, bed wasn't so good. Breakfast was fine and location is superb - right in the centre.
walking distance to stations and city buses, walking distance to marina walk, good breakfast
Location, breakfast, parking, well-appointed, good value for money
Street noise from major street to side of hotel but not unexpected in heart of city
Bed comfort. Water was hot.
No air conditioning. Noise from street below made keeping the window open problematic. Woman at desk on check-in was on a personal phone call and was less than helpful. Bathtub was tiny and slippery
in close proximity to train and bus station
breakfast not great- but price of B & B very reasonable so nothing more could be expected.
Area was not nice
Central, convenient location
Had to park in street as garage was full
The location Secure parking Adjoining cafe/bar
Nothing really, it was a nice hotel and close the ferry terminal.
Close to Santander Bay, bus station, and to the center of the city.
The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast starts late 08:00 a.m.
Staff were friendly
No air conditioning or air movement. Street very noisy.
Location suited my needs.
Room smelled horrible, walls were paper thin.
Impressive looking reception area Good breakfast.
2Nd floor bedroom where window opens onto central ventilation shaft with sheets and clothes hung on lines to dry-not a nice smell. Bathroom smelt damp. Very noisy fan in bedroom. Very short bath- 3ft by 2 ft. Long hard bolster, not pillow. No extra pillows available. &Quot;Free toiletries" means soap dispenser on basin and shower gel dispenser on shower. Not the usual soap tablet/sachet of shower gel etc. Hotel has private parking- but it cannot be reserved- none available when we arrived- and costs 13.20 euro per day- little less than public parking. Receptionist unhelpful with info on nearest public parking and had no interest when I complained about the clothes drying- I had asked if there was another room available. If you open bedroom window for air you hear guests in bedroom opposite with their window open talking.
Not far to walk from the ferry with our luggage, and the staff were very helpful with maps and recommendations for our night in Santander.
Celuisma Alisas was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all helpful and polite. It is in a great location, close to both the ferry port and the bus station. Since I had to leave early (before their breakfast started) they put together a bag of food for me. I highly recommend this hotel.
Location excellent near train and bus stations for short stay.
Very noisy air conditioning unit. Had to turn off to get to sleep
Efficient, friendly, helpful professional staff; Location; Cleanliness; Very good breakfast; Comfortable bed; Comfortable sitting areas here and there.
Bedroom due for redecoration and on the small side, but still a good place to stay.
The view The facilities The peace and quite The proximity to the beach and town
The turning into the road is very difficult due to the acute bend and the height of the incline - not for the feint-hearted
Two bars outside my window made sleep almost impossible until they closed. Internet connection was very poor.
Very convenient location.
AC system in room rather noisy.
Location very good for ferry
The room needed a makeover. No air conditioning, not even a ceiling fan.
Room very comfortable and spacious and the hotel fairly quiet considering its location.
Breakfast was a bit. Hit and miss as there was no staff to tell us where to sit etc and some of the food ran out before we arrived at 8.30am. It was eventually replaced by staff who did a lot of talking amongst themselves before renewing breakfast items - not ideal!
It was close to everything from shops to buses, trains and boats.
Can't think of anything, sorry
