bij reservering stond "superior" éénpersoonskamer ik weet niet wat er "super" aan de kamer was.Kamer nr 260 zonder natuurlijk licht (venster kijkt uit op luchtschacht) en dunne muren =zeer gehorig

Eenvoudig hotel, maar goed bed en ontbijt behoorlijk. Gunstige liggen voor openbaar vervoer.

Good hotel. Very clean, located in the center so is close to everything, good breakfast, good value for the money.

Very convenient for the ferry.

It served my purpose but as there was no air con it was incredibly hot in the room. There was also a terrible toilet smell in the bathroom.

Location was absolutely perfect, for trips Spain / uk by ferry. The hotel is a short walk from the railway station and also the ferry port. The general standard was ok for everything.

I know it was August, but I thought it was a bit pricey for an "average" hotel

Not much, the only positive thing I can say is that its not to far from the centrum or port.

This is a really bad hotel, don't go there! The room was smelling like old sweat, the sheets weren't clean, there was stuff from other people under the bed, no airco. And for all of this you pay about 90 euro a day! This really spoiled our time in Santander.

The location is very satisfied, near the railway station.

the room is a little congest, the more disappointed thing is there is a bar near the window, made giant noise at middle night!

The hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the station and the main shopping area. The room was large and modern, with a good en-suite/shower.

Whilst there was plenty of choice for breakfast, they kept running out of items - could have done with more staff during the busy breakfast period.

Room services were excellent. The reception members were efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. The restaurant's members of the staff were friendly, but the coffee was of not very good quality.

The receptionist was very friendly and had good English. Breakfast was well organised and there was lots of choice. The bathroom in my room was amazing, and the bedroom very spacious. I booked this room because it was easy to walk to from the main station (only 3 min walk) and had easy bus connections to the beach and the city. I would definitely recommend this place.

The air condition was not part of the room, it was simply a device in the room which was very noisy. So if you go out for dinner, you could switch it on and come back to a cool room, but I didnt know that, so I had it on while I was in the room, but you wouldnt be able to watch tv with the air con on. But I was glad it was available ;-)

Price and location.

We thought that hotel walls is made from paper - we heard every sound from side room.

Proximity to Bus station and city center. Good breakfast with a variety of things to choose from. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Good quality for the price.

A very good 2* hotel conveniently located for ferry, trains and buses. Very clean, good quality beds.

A possible disadvantage in hot weather is the absence of air conditoning.

I have used this hotel several times when catching a ferry, so its only been for an overnight stay. I have always found the hotel friendly, clean and the rooms good value. I have never encountered any problems.
