the location is ideal. It takes one train to go the aiport and one train to get there from Atocha train station. Shopping mall is accross the road and city center is a 15 minute walk.

Convenient location for tourists. Perfect conditions for this price.

beds quite hard, pillows not as comfortable, pressure in the shower wasn't very high so had stand for close under the shower head.

No double bed as requested instead twin beds. No flat screen TV as advertised, instead a faulty CRT. The temperature control system did not work properly and was very loud.

The location is good. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast. Good value for the price.

This is at best a 3 star hotel, the staff were not helpful and we were shunned when asking for information at every opportunity.

Location is good.

The heating in the room barely worked. The service engineer was sent ( being kind calling him an engineer) said all was working! Had to request a room change where the heating was working properly. Both rooms very dowdy and I certainly would not rate this hotel as 4 star!

It is situated in a very good location. Easy access with the personal vehicle, but easy access with the Metro and the bus. Walking to Madrid old town and into the city is also very close. Restaurants and shopping center are in the immidiat neighborhood.

Locaition is very nice. Very close to city center and relatively calm place also just in front of the hotel there is a metro station and shopping mall.

One night we had to suffer scateboard convention pass by hotel about 2.00am making a lot of noise! Not really the hotel's fault!

Well positioned, good friendly staff, an ideal base for our short stay in Madrid.

One of the reception staff was very nice helpful and friendly the location was OK....but television was old fashioned and channels were not working properly....i think it can be three star hotel but not four stars.

Location is very good -- close to the centre, to the metro station, to a big shopping centre. Supermarket just next door. Room was clean, towels (and beds, I think) were changed every day. Our room was at the end of the corridor and It was quiet, although the hotel was full of teenagers.

Breakfast is the same every day. No fresh fruit for breakfast. They charged our credit card twice -- the second time when we were already sitting in a bus. They didn't answer the phone when we tried to contact them. Sent them an e-mail, didn't answer it either. Money returned after 5-6 days. I know such things happen, but still it was an upsetting situation

Location is good (just in front of Principe Pio Metro station) 5 min distance to the Palace and 15 min walk to the Plaza Mayor. Bedrooms are clean and spacious with old fashion decoration. Breakfast is not so good (is buffet type but a primary school type). Personnel is kind. Wifi was very slow and not constant.
