The staffs are very nice and helpful, and room is clear and comfortable. The location is quite conveniece for us ,just opposite metro . We really enjoyed to stay there.
The spacious room with a balcony looking over the canal and Sierra Madrid Wooden floor and newly renovated bathroom.
Beds are too narrow. No easy chair or table in the bedroom's living section. No coffee or tea facilities. TV programmes are minimal and without international channels
Everything was perfect other than the breakfast.
Breakfast was not rich and there were not too many options for vegeteriansç
Very good location, 3 minutes to the coach station. Worth the money.
The Wifi doesn't work in room.
Everything was good.
For the price I have not a single thing to moan about and plan to visit again
Not a lot to do in goral, least not a lot told about in English
Old facility(90's style), not friendly service, the worst of breackfast, cigarettes smell in room, the fishy smell in bethroom, WIFI only in robby
Great location just a minutes walk to the metro and shopping mall. Great value for money. Hotel decor a little dated but spotlessly clean.
Very little, I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to any one
I booked a double bed spacious room, with excellent views, with flat screen TV, I was given room 167 almost below ground looking out at a wall 3 meters away, not very clean, twin beds, small T V at least 10 years old not flat screen, on complaining I was moved next day to room 223, overlooking the very noisy main road, this room was very small, triangular in shape, double bed, very small bath room, tiny bath, with inadequate shower,10 year old not flat screen TV, on ordering drinks at the bar I was told (not asked) to come back in 10 minutes. Wi Fi, very slow
Advert on booking.com said free wi fi in all rooms. This is a lie. There is wifi only in lo. Y
- old style hotel, old tasteless rooms, not 4 stars at all - breakfast was horrible : fake orange juice, disgusting viennoiseries and marmelade

The fact the total price of the reservation was to be made at the time of booking and was not. Had to give the credit card to man at check in twice. They did not have us on breakfast list and we had to go to reservation after check in man had called them and they had to call and tell man at check in we were to be on list. Son-in-law got same not on list and they had to call. Some old man at checkout was not able to handle another client at checkout, who was saying booking.com reservation was charged at booking and not wanting to pay them. Man checking me out switched to other client and I got the old man. Old man told me my credit card not accepted. Old man said probably because I was in Spain being denied. Told him credit card company knew I was in Spain. Daughter gave him her card and he processed the charge. I had used the card night before in Spain and same day I used it without a problem. This hotel needs some nice knowledgeable ladies at the reception desk instead of some macho men.
The location, close to a shopping center. the comfort in the room and bathroom.
The noise in the hotel, also during the night. Breakfast was o.k. but always the same, without any diversity.
Bed and big difference between rooms.
panorama Principe Pio Centro Comercial...
towels weren't dirty, but very used and old ( moral aged ) new towels needed ! Please kindly advise them !
Internet didn't work even when they promise Free Internet
Good location, within walking distance to most touristy spots in Madrid. Room was spacious. Light was blinking, but was fixed without us notifying reception the following day.
Dim lights in lobby.
The location was very good. There's a shopping center right across the street where you can eat, shop and take metro/urban trains/crosscity buses. We had a river view window which was nice to see during sunset. in the morning you could see the dawn at the Casa De Campo and take a little walk there.
The wifi is barely working. I had to get to the shopping center across the street to use the internet. The staff was rather cold. I had to ask them several times before I get the answer, not mentioning the slightest of being helpful which I thought was a basic requirement for hotel staff. The rooms are old and small. The toilet was dripping water all night long and you can hear
No have wifi on floor 6 .. A cleaner open the door when I am sleeping.
Location was good, for the money paid
Old Hotel, old facilities.
Loved the view and the 7th floor. Breakfast was excellent. Needed help with the plug and they helped me immediately.
No CNN. Not too many channels to choose from to watch world news. Matress was thin and you could feel the wires. We placed a huge blanket over and fixed problem.
spacious room, abundant breakfast
There was no wifi during five days! On the TV there is only five spanish channel...
Location is great, breakfast is abundant, good meal
The hotel is quite old, vintage, there was not wifi which is the basic in any hotel in the city
The design is quite comfortable.
The breakfast was not so good. It can be more diversified.
