I can't say enough how handily located this hotel is for using the city's excellent subway system. My concerns over noise from the nearby station and main road were groundless. I would recommend this hotel for people travelling on a tighter budget as it certainly offers great value for money. Other reviewers have rightly mentioned how thin the walls can be and if I were staying at this hotel again I would definitely pack some ear plugs. Having said that, I certainly wouldn't let this prevent me from staying at this hotel again in future. |

Nothing. It is a totally fake 4 star hotel. No one smiles at all. Every gentleman dresses like a king, behind the counter. But none of them smiles. They don't even look at the customer when speaking. |

The location, right across from a metro station which made the city easy to navigate, very close to the palace etc... so some very nice walks of the city very close. The room although clean an comfortable, it needs an update decoration wise. |

It's location is convenient. The reception staff were very unfriendly to almost rude. Nobody smiles. When you inquire at the reception, they rush and try to get rid of you right away. Service is very impersonal. When I asked for assistance to call a taxi, I was told to go outside and just hail one. |

For a 4 stars hotel it should have (like hesperia in seville): - free wifi; minibar in the room; appropriate hygiene material in the bathroom;breakfast poor (no yoghurt, fresh fruit, hot milk and chocolate) |

The room was spacious and clean. The staff (the front desk, the room service, the security) were curteous and the the hotel's proximity to the Metro station makes it highly convenient for guests to travel all around the city at ease. |

nice view on the river, nice room 1) not very polite staff. If you call for drink on the room, they behave like you are annoying them and they really let you know.... 2) very noisy room - you can hear almost every sentence from neighbor room. |

The hotel is next to the metro, easy to reach. It is also a good starting point if you want to walk around. Although the bathroom was big, it was not very stylish and seemed very old. When we arrived around 2 PM the receptionist gave us the key and told us to go upstairs to check by ourselves if the room was ready. In a 4-star hotel I would expect better organisation - an internal call to the cleaning lady would be nice. |
