Nosotros elegimos este hotel porque nos parecia que podia tener una buena relacion calidad-precio. En principio, el hotel tiene un nombre fuera que no se corresponde con el que sale anunciado en internet con lo que caer en el error es muy facil: estuvimos mucho tiempo buscando el hotel por toda torrelavega y era porque tenia mal el nombre. Despues nos toco una habitacion sin aire acondicionado y su tarjeta-llave funcionaba muy mal, y ni nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitacion, menos mal que esa noche no hacia mucha calor....

Lo mejor el Señor de recepción y la Señorita de cafeteria/restaurante.. He vuelto despues de mas de diez años y me ha decepcionado: mala conservación de las instalaciones, ruidoso, el comedor era la cafeteria con seis mesas, la limpieza regular,cuando llegamos la habitacion ya estaba ocupada por una gran araña sobre la bañaera y alli se quedó como ocupa. El wuifi, si pero pagando con la tajetita de telefonica... En definitiva yo no le daria más de dos estrellitas.. Lo siento pero No volveré.-

J'avais choisi cet hotel car bien situé pour visiter la région (san vicente de la barquera, santillana del mar et santander). Au final, la ville est sans aucun intérêt et l'hotel un peu à son image. Hotel certes propre et possédant tous les équipements requis pour ce niveau d'hotel, mais vieillissant et qui aurait bien besoin d'une petite rénovation. Sans aucun charme, et qui n'a rien à voir avec les hotels de meme standing (et de prix) des autres villes que nous avons visités (Bilbao, Pampelune, ...)
