Parking is impossible on the street, and costly in the car park a minute up the road. (€18/24hrs, but ask the hotel for a stamp on your ticket and you'll get a small discount when you pay). Don't use the empty parking spaces in front of the hotel, which are reserved for the police station. Possibly better to plan ahead, park on street in a quieter part of town, and get a taxi to the hotel.
You need to pay a €20 deposit to get the TV remote, but I suppose that encourages you not to nick it!
They do the basics well.
The main meals (served in a nearby hotel) are good Spanish food, and a very good deal as an add-on; a simple table wine is included too. It's a buffet, so you can afford to experiment - I was pleasantly surprised by the fried eggs on a bed of tomato sauce and strips of ham!
The pool, also in the nearby hotel, is pleasant enough.
