The Staff was really accomadating, requested tea facilities for the room, that was no problem. the location was good, very close to Orange Square and the sea front.
we booked a suite as it showed that it had a terrace ,but it was a 6ft walled garden with a 6ft fence ontop, basicly a smokers paradise area. the patio door was hard to open.the runner over the bed was stained, they must have noticed it the next day as it was removed, but not replaced with anything. There was damp along the wall which made the room smell musty. shame ,as the room could have been lovely with a bit of mantainance & tlc.
Great Location, peace and quiet, good sized room.
No safe in room or coffee making facilities
A great location, friendly staff, super clean. A great small homely hotel. Would definately stay again & recommend
close to the beach daily cleaning
-after 5 days....If we wan to stay 1more hour in the room, it will be 15€!!!! ( late chek out...) -monotonous breakfast. 1pc roll/person! -no parking place
We really liked the penthouse apartment we stayed at, it was huge, very tastefully furnished and clean.
During the night we stayed, it rained heavily and on two or three spots, the water came down from the ceiling.
lovely little hotel and fabulous location
Hotel was in good location very close to Old Town. Staff friendly and helpful.
Toiletries, all in sachets which got wet when trying to use. Mattress on beds firm and beds not very well made up in morning. Lack of choice for breakfast. No bar area, but drinks available. No tea and coffee facilites in room. T.V in room only in Spanish!
Location wonderful small hotel
Nice 2 star hotel, clean, located in a pedestrian road
It is neither boutique nor has 4 star service, it is just a good 2 star and there is nothing wrong with it apart from these unnecessary claims
I think that the Central Boutique Hotel would deserve - according to its standard - 3 stars. It's located in a quiet street in the center of Malaga close to the beach. The room was big and clean. Wifi worked fine. I would stay there again.
Maybe I myself (and not the hotel) is to blame: My room wasn't cleaned during the stay of 3 days but it could have had to do with the fact that I put a "do not disturb sign" out at my room until lunch time.
Excelent location, in the heart of old town. Just a store from restaurants and bars. Room spacious and staff helpful.
Comfortable boutique hotel in old town Marbella. Short walk to Orange Square and beach front. Very helpful staff. Thanks to charming receptionist who produced a bottle of wine for one of the girl's 40th birthday celebrations! Worth booking the penthouse apartment which has a chic decor, roof terrace, balcony and kitchenette. Excellent value for money. Don't be put off by the fact that it has 2 stars....could easily be a 3 or 4 star for comfort and decor. We went to a beach club each day and enjoyed the old town by night.
The staff were really friendly and even though some didn't speak any english they tried their best and were totally accommodating The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. We had a tiny balcony but for one night it had everything we needed.
The breakfast was not great but it was only €5 - just a small selection of continental and the option of fried eggs. Fresh baked rolls were a nice touch. It was difficult to find initially as there is only a pedestrian pathway to the entrance. Luckily the taxi driver knew where to send us!
The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable and large. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good.
Difficulty in finding the hotel. Parking your car could be an issue.
Safe in our room did not work therefore we had to put our valuables in their safe. Headed off to Gibraltar and were not informed that we needed our passports so were not able to enter Gibraltar, we forgot that it is a separate country.
All. Dirty room, staff that dont speak english. We had to pay for printing our boarding passes...
location was great in the middle of everything, near to the historical area and to the beach. reception was normal didn't have problem with them.
room cleaning is awful and really poor. they say change the bed sheets evey third day as a rule but not in real life. I have complaint about room cleaning and cleaning lady was assuring it was my fault. I left the room around 10:15 but they were telling me cause i left the room late so they couldn't clean it. and she was saying all things in Russian couldn't understand a word. beds are also not good quality. bedding are in poor condition with stains on it. I paid 65€ for a night was there for 9 nights so had some experience witht the hotel. I was expecting little bit better quality, at least normal bed and clean room.
Close to the beach just by walking distance. They provide beach towel if you request. Although just 2 star.but they provide tea and coffee and some cookies and muffin from 2 pm till 5 pm.
They didn't clean the floor everyday.
I was very pleased with this hotel. It is small, smart, clean, modern, and the staff were extremely helpful. I left my jacket there and they kindly posted it to me. I much prefer small cosy hotels and this was definitely very good value for money. It's in a small pedestrian alley-way and there is no traffic noise. In addition it is very close to both the old city and the sea. Perfect!
Location and access to nearby old town.
Lack of nearby parking, having to carry all bags from car park was difficult.
Friendly staff great location comfy accommodation very good value for money
Nightmare parking, contrary to suggestion on booking.com. don't even think of using a car if you use this hotel, unless you are happy to pay by the minute in the local car park
Centrally located hotel with friendly staff; good value for money
The staff at the reception was helpful.
The view from the window was overlooking a pile of rubbish not at all nice to look at.
staff were very helpful the room was well appointed.
not the best location, workman all around
