The staff were of a high standard always helpful and pleasant food very spanish but really good,great position for beach and the old town.

Food wasn't so good

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Its less than 5 min away from the beach and all the restaurants and bars along the seashore. The rooms are fairly clean. Maybe if you are lucky and get a room with a balcony the experience will be totally different.

The walls are made from paper. Most doors are very difficult to close, so you have to hit them very hard.. which makes the hotel vibrate like a bell. Not cool! The particular room we stayed in smelled like cigarettes, which was awful. And the window was looking towards the inside, so you could hear every alarm in morning and every conversation other people are having. The staff hardly speak any English. The breakfast is not worth even mentioning.

the staff were excellent in the restaurant , the food was first class spanish style, a different selection every day ,very clean, reception very helpful 24hrs, the views from the balcony rooms and the rooftop swimming pool were some of the best i have seen yes i would stay again,

We asked for double bed because we were in our honeymoon, and they gave us two separated beds.

Excellent location, great food and friendly helpful staff. Would definitely reccomend.

Whilst the location was good as it was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, the hotel was quite basic. The biggest problem was how noisy the other guests were I.E. slamming doors, talking very loudly in the corridors, people in the 2 rooms either side of us ith the telly on really loud until 5.am in the morning !!!! so although we had gone for a break away from stresses of work to relax this was hampered by the noisy environment of the hotel. If you are looking for a rowdy weekend in the hub of Benidorm I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet break away avoid it like the plague.

This hotel is fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect as it is only a three minute walk to the beach, and is surrounded by all the shops bars restaurants of the old town. The room I had was lovely with a little balcony overlooking the sea. It was very clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and decent pillows. Bedlinen was changed part-way through the week and fresh towels were provided every day. The little bathroom was perfect and the shower was amazing with plenty of hot water at any time of the day or night. The staff at the Hotel were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so warm and friendly. I had read reviews saying that the food was not nice but I would have to say that I found the food very nice indeed. We were full board at the Hotel so had the chance to enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner. All the food provided was fresh and very tasty. Hot and cold options were always provided with a good selection of meat, fish, and a lovely fresh salad bar. There were also chips, burgers, and pizza at times for those that did not want to sample the beautiful local cuisine. Complementary water and wine where provided at lunch and dinner. There was also free coffee and juice at breakfast time, meaning that no extras were charged at the end of the week. As well as all these positives there was also free Wi-Fi in the Hotel lobby and dining area so that I was able to stay in touch with my family and friends back home. All in all my experience in this Hotel was first class I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely be back.

I have nothing negative to say at all. Everything was just lovely. Staying at any Hotel is not just about the food or your room - it is the whole experience. I have to say that my experience in this hotel was excellent. Everything about this Hotel was lovely but especially I want to mention the staff. From the reception staff to the waiters in the restaurant, through to the catering people and also the cleaners - every single person was so helpful and nice. They work so hard and do everything they can to make every guest enjoy their stay at this hotel. To each and every one of them I say, thank you

Excellent and convenient location in Benidorm, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating We took a day trip to Valencia and they made us a packed lunch which was lovely. Our room overlooked Benidorm and the beach and we had full board. The meals were very good - not a massive selection but very good typical dishes with Paella and seafood featuring on the menu daily. This is a great hotel and we'll definitely go back.

Not much, really...the pool was quite small but when you have a beach, who cares? Don't go to a three star hotel for three star prices expecting a five star experience.

The location. Middle of the old town.

Very noisey. The corridors are very echoey and it just amplifies into your room day/night does not matter. If someone is waiting for the lift then it seems as though they are stood at the end if your bed having a conversation.

Comfortable and we were lucky to get a cheap deal.

The room we were in had no balcony just a window that had no view what so ever just walls, also the directions on the website were very misleading, the street it said it was in was not correct. Took a long while to find the hotel. Only a handful of sunbeds and although it was nice to have a roof top pool it was very small so would cause a problem in height of season.

Fundamentalmente el trato que hemos recibido por parte de todos y cada uno de los/as empleados/as. Sigue siendo nuestro hotel favorito. Lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos con los que hemos coincidido en Benidorm y que no estaban tan contentos con su opción. Esperamos y deseamos volver. Gracias por todo

Этот отель очень удобно расположен: во-первых, между двух пляжей (Патьенте и Леванте), во-вторых, совсем недалеко центр города с его магазинами, супермаркетами, автобусными остановками (удобно добираться в Терра Митику, Терра Натуру, Мундо Мар, Акваландию). Также следует отметить великолепный вид из нашего номера и не менее потрясающий вид, который открывается с террасы на крыше отеля. Отдельное спасибо поварам отеля, готовят они очень вкусно и разнообразно. К обслуживающему персоналу тоже нет никаких претензий- уборка в номере и замена полотенец ежедневная, администраторы приветливые.

Бесплатный интернет только в холле отеля, персонал плохо владеет английским языком (приходилось объясняться на смеси английского, испанского и невербального языков;) ), слабая шумоизоляция между номерами.

Las habitaciones interiores huelen a cloaca. El comedor es pequeñísimo para este hotel. El butfet es muy sencillo y limitado, posiblemente por problemas de espacio.

Pues es la segunda vez que me alojaba en este hotel, y lo elegí por mi buenísima experiencia anterior. Todo muy bien, una ubicación excepcional, y un trato del personal magnífico, que me hicieron sentir como en casa en unas fechas señaladas en las que tuve que estar alejada de los míos. Es un hotel que en muchos aspectos está por encima de la mayoría de su misma categoría. La verdad es que estoy deseando repetir, pero la próxima será con mi chico. Yo lo recomiendo.

Su ubicacion es ideal 100mts de la playa de Levante. Las habitaciones modernas y limpias y el personal del hotel es muy profesional y amable. La relacion calidad/precio es buena. Hotel ideal si lo que buscas es unos dias de playa sin lujos.

Los cuartos de bano son un tanto enanos, el lavabo casi choca con el water y no hay bidet, solo ducha. La entrada principal tiene rampa pero no se usa y francamente la entrada al hotel tiene varios escalones que son de dificil acceso para madres/padres con carritos de bebe o para personas con problemas de movilidad. La comida bastante grasienta y de de baja calidad, mucho cerdo y arroces.

El personal del hotel, la excelente ubicacion en el centro de Benidorm, en medio de las dos playas. En definitiva fantastico.
