Good value, great location, nice average hotel.

Poor breakfast choice, busy lifts.

Great room and balcony, with view directly to the sea, good standards of cleanliness. Good choice of food available for both breakfast and evening buffett.

Location is close to shops but up a steep hill from the beach. There is some confusion at meal times re those on all inclusive breaks and others.

Excellent room, quiet, with great sea view. The staff were very helpful. The food was good and plentiful but not exceptional.

Mini fridge in our room didn't work but not a big deal.

Location and room could not be faulted. Food is okay.

Arrived at hotel at same time as a couple to check in.. The receptionist finished what he was doing before he even acknowledged our presence. Hotel seems to be popular with stag and hen parties who are on all inclusive basis. These could be very drunk and noisy which made the pool area unpleasant at times. You do not expect this conduct at a 4 star establishment.

There are 2 pools - inside and outside. And friendly personnel.

1. Very bad sound insulation. I could hear all sounds in the neighboring rooms and a corridor. It's very sadly especially when your neighbours are emotional young people or babes. 2. Uncomfortable pillows with size of all width of bed. 3. The hotel is not near a beach and it is necessary to go down long enough to it.

The beds, blanckets, sheets, towels are to be renovated.

Just fabulous the whole thing. Food to the pool to the entertainment to the view. We had a corner room just wonderful. The staff were great too and spoke good English. Price was excellent at £54 per night including breakfast. What a great weekend break and so close to the railway station.

Only thing I could pick up on was the room was twin beds although bigger than a single smaller than a double. Didn't have the heart to complain we asked for a double bed as everything else was great. Also a slight smell from the bathroom again not nearly bad enough to complain.

The location. The roof terrace and the pool. The room; spacious and comfortable. The friendly and knowledgeable staff; nothing was too much trouble.

The lack of adequate signs made it a little perplexing finding some of the facilities. And the fruit juice from the dispenser in the breakfast lounge; it was awful! (The breakfast was plentiful, and delicious, though!)

Location

Not 4 stars worthy. Indoor pool old, dirty and shabby. In a 4 stars hotel, I do not expect to pay for wifi and Parking. Great hotel for budget tourists who like the all in concept, but not for guests who demand a little more class.

Location was great - near the beach and shopping. The room was spacious for a triple and priced reasonably.

The shower did not work at all. It was a little stream of water. They charge 5 euro a day for wifi and that is only for 1 device (and it kept going out!). The beds were basically box springs with a little padding on top. This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2.

Rooms were good size. Only 400 metrs to station. 100 meters to main town centre.

It was ok. Nice (as in Ok but dull - just "nice" )

Not being offered the extras: safe, wifi, car-park; at time of booking and on check-in. These were available but I had to ask and pay separately.

Location of the hotel, spacious room and balcony, cleanliness, friendly and helpful englisch speaking personnel.

It seemed to be high season for the Spanisch. The hotel was full, the 4 elevators could not handle the amount of people. Who couldn't take the stairs had to wait for at least 10 minutes. The breakfast area was a real feeding frenzy with people grapping food and cutting your way. No civilization at all. The personnel did realy their best to keep up. Late at night children were running and screeming at the hallway next to the rooms and families were making parties in their rooms with lots of noice and pounding heels.

The central location in Torremolinos is perfect. Rooms very clean and nice, withsea view.

We had stayed before and found convenience to airport and rail + bus connections quite good

Repititive food. Stale bread and bread rolls morning noon and night, takes from the overall meal. We actually eat elsewhere a few times at lunch because of it.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre, very close to the train station and the beach

Love the location & value for money & staff all ways happy to help. The food is amazing such a choice.

Beds could be a bit comfyer

Only 8 km. from airport is very smooth. A very good choise of different meals every day. Best was breakfast with all choises.

The food in the restaurant did´nt taste anything at all. I suppose it should fits all, but they could have used more spices.

The excellent 270 degree view from hotel.

Room quality not upto to standards. Bed were not good. Interiors of the room need to be improved.

We like the Cervantes everytime we go there, the staff are friendly and the hotel is loczted right in the centre of the town. We will definately go again.

the canned music that plays in the background, it is Jazz it would be better if light classical, no so obtrusive
