Husa Chamartin (胡萨查马丁酒店)    

我当时网络一直连接不上，前台的服务员很用心的帮我弄网络，很热情，服务员都很友好，房间的窗户可以看见很- 好的风景，很好的酒店

反正不止是第一次入住这家酒店了 还给我升级了套间正对欧洲之门 视野很不错 位置很不错就在火车站楼上 价钱很超值 做地铁或者小火车去哪里都很方便 its not my first time that I choose here, this time their staff upgrade my room to a small suit, with a nice service. The hotel has a great location, at the railway station, its easy to get a subway o renfe to other part of the city.

不知道是不是这个房间很久没有人住 客厅的小桌子上有一些灰尘 在厕所浴缸上竟然还有一根长发 之前从来没有过这样的问题。No sé si esta habitación recibía clientes o no, todavia hay un poco del polvo en la mesita de sala de estar, y en la bañera aparece un pelo largo. Nunca ha tenido este tipo del problema

地理位置优

地理位置好，交通方便，设施完善，优惠价格信价比很高。

硬件不错，交通便利，坐地铁特别方便，房间干净宽敞，放行李的老头也很热情

服务有很多方面都不到位，让人感觉很不方便，比如一定要11点才能check-in，服务人员很多都不会说英文，房间里没有煮水的设备，如果需要热水一定要自己下到餐厅去取，如果让服务- 员送到房间就要加收2欧，从房间里打前台或者接线生或者客房服务基本都没人接，即使接了也不会讲英文然后就- 随便把你转给另一个人，最后会无理由地突然挂掉，check-in时不给你上网帐号和密码，等到了房间怎么打电话都没人接只好自己又下到前台去拿，唉，无语，完全对不起- 四星的名号

Nice Hotel. Bang at the Chamartin station. Good breakfast. nice comfortable rooms with wifi.

Its about a half hour by metro to the city centre, but an ideal hotel for those travelling on the early morning train from Chamartin .

Excellent location as it is close to the railway and metro stations. The room is clean and tidy. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable.

The fact that it was at the Railroad station and my trip involved traveling to another city by train. It was well connected by Metro to the rest of the city.

The staff was not particularly friendly. There were 3 at reception desk but only one to receive guests. The other 2 were dealing with other matters and ignored guests waiting in line. The rooms are small and the double beds are very narrow. There is no thermostat in the rooms. According to the receptionist the hotel sets the temperature at 25 degrees c and that is final. One cannot open the windows because of the noise of people singing and yelling in the streets all night. The staff was not sympathetic to the fact that we had to sleep in a hot room. The suggestion is to turn off the fan which would leave the room with no ventilation. When confronted with the inconvenience their attitude was "that is the way it is." No apologies. The WiFi did not work on our iPhones. I would rank this hotel as a 2 star at best. Its 4 star rank is deceitful.

Location, price

We specifically asked for a double bed when we booked it, but we were given a room with 2 single beds. The decor was old and ugly.

Having tried a number of hotels in Madrid this is my first choice for short business visits as a self-employed person notwithstanding the hotel's stagecoach traveller ambiance.

The free WiFi probably because it is free packs up now and then which can be a bit of a nuisance.

Everything. I was on business and value for money was great, very nice room, great staff, perfect location...What else I need?.

Every thing else except the location. It seemed like a 2 star hotel, with no in room facilities, no decent toiloteres, the beds were worn out and the walls were showing cracks.

Very next to Chamartin Station. For we planned to have one day city trip and to return to Paris, we need to come back to Chamartin. So for us location was excellent. Rate is reasonable.

Room is not that fancy and new. But very ok.

They gave us a smoking room when specifically we asked for a non smoking room. When we open the bed there was a hair in the pillow. We could not sleep the whole night because the mattress was very nosy. There was a lack of cleanliness

The hotel is very far from being a 4 star hotel. It is very old and not updated. Is lack of personnel. For example no room service before 7 A.M. If you need to travel before that time, you will be out without even a coffee. The hotel is very old and without maintanance. The breakfast is extremely poor. For example the spanish omelette is industrially done and just reheated. Everything is terrible. The only good thing is that is practically in the train station.
