Breakfast room it was dark and cold. The shower kept changing temperature and the loo had a slight leak.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It is beautifully decorated throughout, had a comfortable and spacious bed and quality shower in my room. The breakfast was good and it is attached to a restaurant of real quality. The wifi in my room didn't work but they are apparently dealing with that and have it in reception anyway. Parking outside is a problem in the narrow streets but the owners couldn't be more helpful - even moving their own cars to give me space on one particular evening. All the delights of Jerez are just a short (and I mean short) walk away. Delightful hotel I couldn't praise more highly.
Beds very comfortable. Heating in the bedrooms excellent. Great location. Able to walk every where & we were able to park in the street outside the hotel.
The hot water took a while to get hot, when it got hot it was fine. Could have had fresher fruit for breakfast.
Superb hosts, extremely convenient location, incredible in-house restaurant. Highly recommended.
Wifi does not reach into all rooms, fix that and the hotel is truly top class.
Hotel is located conveniently to reach all the town attractions including churches, tabancos, bodegars, and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean and full of charming character. The roof top lounge and little courtyard added extra character to this hotel. The hotel owner and her son were very hospitable and accommodating. We were welcomed by the owner with famous Jerez sherry wines. Restaurant Sabores is located in this hotel. We had a delightful dinner with wonderful wines from Rioja and Rueda. Owner recommended us to attend the local Zambomba that was held a couple of blocks away from hotel. Attending Zambomba was great way to mingle with locals and experience the Andalucian soul and spirit. The garbanzo bean soup served at Zambomba was deliciously decadent! The owner also made an arrangement for us to tour a local bodegar named Bodegar Tradicion. The tour guide Sabrina made our tour as a memorable event. The hotel owner's son assisted us with parking which can be very difficult in the confines of the inner city - this took a lot of stress off of us.
Getting the hotel location was not simple. I recommend that you call the hotel in advance to get the direction. Hotel is located in the area only authorized vehicles can go through the street which means your vehicle will get snapshot and provide your vehicle license number to hotel front desk to proof of that you are hotel guests.
Perfect location in the heart of Jerez. Friendly staff, nice rooms and value for money.
Lack of internet access in the room.
Friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean, good value, excellent restaurant. As the hotel was quiet, they let me check out at teatime, which was very helpful to me as my flight was not until 9.30pm. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
Staff always helpful. Beds were very comfortable.
Very relaxed atmosphere. Lovely courtyard. In walking distance of centre but not too close to be noisy. Splendid shower.
The location was ideal, just 5 minutes walk to the centre of Jerez but in a quiet area where you hardly heard any street noise. The garden was delightful and the fragrance from the flowers was fabulous, eating breakfast there was a real pleasure. There was some great areas at the hotel just to sit and relax and enjoy the atmosphere including a roof terrace with great views. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant one night and the food was excellent. There was also live entertainment one night on the roof terrace which was really enjoyable especially their own take on mojitos. Our room was big with all the facilities we could have asked for, even a bathroom window that looked out on the street! The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent.
Nothing, just wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely return.
Everything especially the location, terrace and jazz night
The setting is lovely. We dined in the inner garden amid Moroccan lamps, fragrant honeysuckle, and rustic furniture. The roof terrace was uber- cool and we'd like to enjoy that properly on one of the Jazz evenings.
Absolutely nothing. Well, maybe I found the toilet flush a bit of a challenge
Excellent small hotel. Great staff. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant attached.
General atmosphere and the setting of the hotel which is located close to center of town.
Great little hotel . Staff couldn't be more helpful Comfortable beds Great bar on roof terrace Will return
A small, intimate hotel with good sized, modern bedrooms, tucked behind an historic façade in the middle of the old town of Jerez. Staff very friendly.
Great stay again and superb dinner.fernandito are a must!
All good and we will be back
Great location and wonderful restaurant
Nicely renovated historic building. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Cosy garden, very nice in the warm summer. Go to the roof terrace! Delicious food at night, and good breakfast.
Be prepared for having window only towards the walkway/terrace that is the access for all guests to their rooms (in the local tradition with inner patio access). You need the air condition to get the room cooled down!
Lovely hotel in Jerez. Clean, very comfortable room, friendly staff. It has a very good restaurant and a nice roof terrace. Hint: try the Fernandito!
None. We couldn't get a grip on Jerez. Nice city but most of all a good base to visit the surroundings.
This hotel is lovely. Simple but very stylish. The owner and staff were more than helpful. The garden and terrace are very good for relaxing in. Food was good. Excellent stay.
This hotel is a hidden gem, wonderfully located on the edge of the old town. Joana and Antonio were charming hosts and the breakfast buffet in the walled garden a terrific way to start the day.
It's a little tricky to find in the narrow backstreet maze of the old town
