Very nice staff and hotel.Great place to stay.

They should try to get a parking spot in front of the Hotel for guest to unload their luggage.Maybe this is not possible.They are very helpful so the lack of the space did not create a big problem.

The friendly and attentive staff: The room maids did an excellent job as to cleaning, changing of bed clothes and general tidying up the room. The breakfast staff always looking after us, they even remembered your coffee choice every morning. Reception staff was always attentive, any requirements were met immediately - and from my point of view as a foreigner important) they spoke English well.

Maybe the distance to the city centre is somewhat too long for a person like me who walks badly. As to comfort in the rooms, I would have preferred an extra rack for luggage and sitting chairs withour wheels.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was dirty when we first arrived, cigar ash littered the bathroom, dirty toilet and dusty floors.

La habitación es más grande de lo habitual en cualquier hotel, así como la cama doble. La localización es excelente. El desyuno es más que correcto comparado con otros sitios.

Hoy en día en un sitio así no se entiende que haya que pagar por el wi.fi... aunque hay un ordenador en recepción con acceso a internet.Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son ruidosas a partir de las 8 de la mañana.

Tolles, "junges" Hotel, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann.

Es liegt am Rande der Altstadt - ein kleiner Fußmarsch ist schon nötig, wenn man sich die Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen möchte. Zusätzlich entsprach das Frühstücksbüffet sicher nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel, was allerdings entschuldbar ist bei dem angebotenem Hotelpreis. Und satt wurde man allemal...

Hotel Chill Art Jardin Botanico kwalificeer ik zeer hoog - zeker afgezet tegen de prijs - qua comfort, kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid personeel, aansprekende stijl en sfeer. Bovendien kun je er royaal ontbijten en is de ligging van het hotel redelijk centraal. Een aanrader!

Ik kan geen negatieve punten bedenken.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De ontvangst was zeer goed. De kamers waren zeer zuiver. Het ontbijt was goed ontbijt met voldoende variatie. Het is inderdaad een mooi trendy hotel. Een echte aanrader!
