The room was wide and the bed was good. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast was simple, somehow essential. The Location of the hotel is in a street not particularly clean and with some homeless people going around. The backyard is a bit run-down.

The room I had was big and modern.

This hotel has only recently opened and it shows. The staff are unprepared and lack customer skills. They could'nt even print a bill for me when I checked out because quote "we don't have a printer yet" They are plenty if other hotels in Valencia and I suggest you try one of those. I have no idea why the owners of this hotel believe it to be of four star standard.

The room was nice, bright and comfortable. Staff friendly, location is ok, near bus stops and not far from a metro wich takes you down town or to the airport.

Breakfast. They didn´t celan good the floor in the room. Bad noise isolation, you have a feeling that the windows are open.

The position is good, very closed to the center.

The hotel should take care of little things,that are very important for a guest . We stayed 3 days and: 1) We came back in the late afternoon, around 7.30 p.m. and the room was not ready. 2) The wi-fi didn't work for two days. 3) We asked for renting the bikes one day in advance but the following morning it was impossible to find the keys of the locks, so we renounced and wasted 1 hour in the waiting.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is gait. The bed was big and as we travel with a small child which sleeps with us, it was really comfortable for all. We rented bikes form the hotel and as they didn't have a helmet for the child they immediately went out and both a new one for us to use. We appreciated the quick reaction.

Some small thing: there are no hangers in the rooms for a jacket or similar. There is a lack of shelf’s or maybe an extra closet in the room. Unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi during our stay, due to technical difficulties.

- the king size bed is spectacular - the decoration of the rooms and the breakfast room - generous breakfast - excellent location, close to the center yet relatively quiet - direct metro connection to the airport

- the reception staff was not very well informed about Valencia - although the room was very large there was a lack of storage space for clothes - 3 drawers would be appreciated - the coffee machine should be in self service... - the windows are not isolated against noise

The service and staff were excellent,Christina in particular- very helpful and pleasant.The decoration of the hotel was really great ,quite unique attention to design and well presented room. A laid back atmosphere at breakfast and nothing was to much trouble or too rushed.High quality standard of food at breakfast.The location is perfect for Quart area ,a few minutes walk,and also convenient to get a bus to science park and beach.I would recomend this hotel, real value for money in quite boutique surroundings.

Great location, just outside the old city. Close to restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, shops. Friendly staff.

Liked everything about it.

Good location next to the botanical garden and el Carmen barrio with plenty bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. Parking nearby. Big room. Hotel is quiet. Aircon works very well and ths spa in the room is nice allthough a bit small.

Cleaning could be improved. Breakfast offer little variation, its ok for a weekend but for longer stays it would need more variety. Parking is pricy but if you dont need parking during the day cheap/free parking is possible in the street.

Art work and furnishings.

Air conditioning did not provide any coolness. Breakfast was a rip off at 12€ each person.

Second time around I stayed in this hotel. And again a very friendly and good experience :-)

Very nice, cosy, quiet hotel; Clean, good airco, breakfast is ok.Not that much as one would expect in a 4 star hotel, but sufficent. Just outside the old centrum of the city. close to bus and metro - take a taxi in valencia: it is cheap! you can easily walk to the 'calle cabballeros', where there are a lot of bars and restaurants.

The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. The location is great, not too central so not too noisy. We would recommend it to others.

The couple of things that niggled were small things, nothing major at all. It would be better if you kept the stocks for tea/coffee etc filled up, we had to ask for sugar, coffee etc quite a lot. Also there was no bottle opener for the stuff in the minibar! And my own personal bug bear would be lack of a toilet brush!

Die Lage ist gut. Sehr nah an der Altstadt. Das wars auch schon.

Nachts fanden wir es sehr laut. In der Gegens sind auch viele Obdachlose und komische Gestalten. Des Weiteren sind in der näheren Umgebung keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist mässig und das Personal nicht wirklich freundlich! Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen!

Condizionatore rotto quindi spostato presso altra struttura iRooms in Calle San Vicente Martir. Senza servizio pulizia camera, condizionatore non funzionante. Pessimo.

Los empleados del hotel se portaron genial con nosotros. Siempre se mostraron cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar.

La grandeur de la suite et l'équipement ainsi que la situation géographique près du centre possibilité parking dans la rue à coté en payant toutes les 2H ,gratuit le samedi am et dimanche
