the wall is so thin, i could hear the next door. And the wooden floor is connected, I could hear the next room's walking and it sounds like that is in my room.

Excellent location in Chueca, a neighbourhood with great array of bars, restaurants, etc. Hardly any noise from street. Simple, but well-designed rooms.

Entrance hallway could do with some work - which it looks like it is soon to get.

Beni, the owner/manager, was exceptional! She was most helpful and went out of her way to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable.

The room I was in would be a little noisy at night.

The approach of the staff was very friendly and personal. They we're also willing to give you suggestions for exploring the neighbourhood and the city. The room was small, but very neat. Clean towels every day, enough coffee or tea to make for yourself in the room. Free wifi worked well. Having my own keys gave me a feeling of freedom, as if I had a reel home for a couple of days. Whenever I will come back to Madrid, I will certainly stay at Pension Chueca again!

The owner was lovely - really welcoming and friendly. If I had any questions it was never too much hassle. The room was spotless and was cleaned on a daily basis. The free coffee and muffin in the morning were a lovely touch. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Cheuca and within walking distance of all sights / attractions.

The only negative is the small room size. However, as a solo traveller it was absolutely fine for me and it certainly would not deter me from going back.

Clean, quiet, friendly. Quick service - my tv remote did not work on arrival, but was immediately taken care of.

It is located in what I assume is a private apartment building in which you have to go up some flights of stairs to reach the pension. In the evening, the lights in the stairwell were switched off and I didn't find the lightswitch! There never seemed to be anybody about, but I certainly appreciated the quiet!

Alexis (front desk) was very friendly and helpful. Room was remarkably quiet for being in the centre of Chueca. Wifi worked great. Location was amazing - right in the middle of everything Madrid has to offer.

While there was no street noise, there is not a lot of sound insulation on the inside, therefore could hear other guests. This was not a huge problem as the other guests were not overloud. Earplugs did the trick!

Intendo della camera in pensione Chueca. Confort appena sufficienti,all' imite dell' indispensabile. Vedesi comodini da notte,quasi inesistenti.

Do tamanho do quarto e do facto de ter que apontar isso para que a senhora prontamente me arranjasse outro.

Eigene Dusche, Zimmer 10 qm, es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Möglichkeit sich einen Tee zu kochen. Internet kostenlos und erreichbar.

Schlafen tagsüber kaum möglich, man hat seinen Zimmernachbarn auf Klo gehört -jede einzelne Bohne sag ich nur. Der Gang zum Zimmer extrem quietschend, die Pensionsinhaberin hatte auch kein Gefühl für etwas Ruhe. Die Leute von draußen konnte ich nicht hören, aber wie gesagt in der Pension selbst war es hat extrem laut.

Nos ha encantado la ubicación, lo limpio que estaba todo y la familiaridad con la que nos sentimos en todo momento. Volveremos

Trés bon accueil. Madame parle très bien l'anglais et un français tout à fait correct. Les chambres sont simples mais de bon confort. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour un/e gay/lesbienne mais convient très bien aussi pour visiter le centre ville historique et commercial. Si je dois retourner à Madrid, je retournerai sans hésiter à la Pension Chueca.

Peut-être un peu bruyant...mais avec de bonnes boules Quies...j'ai fait de gros dodos.
