Enjoyed the hotel's Spanish atmosphere. Good service, quiet location after busy Toledo old town. Great views of old town across river. Could walk but car or taxi would be easier.

Individual accommodation, secure parking, good location, very clean with friendly staff.

The restaurant didn't open until 21 hrs and was a bit expensive

Great location. You see the whole city from your room's terrace. The restaurant is very good, and the staff are very attentive and accommodating. Speaking Spanish was an advantage, but it seems English was not a problem either. Really enjoyed it.

The hotel and its grounds were beautiful,with spectacular views of town and the Tajo river. What u imagine Spain should be.The staff were friendly and helpful,especially Diana.Truly a beautiful town.

Bathroom heater didn't work, and it's an outside hike to the hotel bar, which is fine in summer but less fun in December

Hard to find. Have asked hotel staff to post address in full as GPS had a hard time recognizing address. Solved the problem after we learned that Crta stands for Carraterra.

It was well-located, just outside the historic part of Toledo and there were excellent views from the room.

The layout of the hotel, which consists of the accommodation block and tiny bar, and a separate larger bar only accessible from outside. The bedroom was smaller than we'd expected.

view of the city across the gorge was spectacular. walkable distance from the city.

bar facility was noisy until midnight.- obviously the place to be for the local young couples.

Very nice hotel, rooms were clean with great views of Toledo although resticted views from ground floor rooms, free wifi, 15 minute walk into Toledo centre so not for the infirm

Its location

The room was very clean and comfortable. The views (if you get the right room) towards Toledo are lovely.

The emergency exit light over the door shed too much light across one side of the room (my side) which meant that my sleep was interrupted. The pool is very small. The staff were very lax regarding room security ie our room key was still on the reception desk on our return and could easily have been picked up by someone else as the reception desk was often unmanned.

The loaction was superb, our room looked out onto the Walled city of Toledo. The staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was a nice traditional continental breakfast. would stay here again

Wonderful views over the old town, the restaurant setting, especially on the open terrace on a warm summer evening. Friendly reception staff and open, airy ambience; wide buffet choice for breakfast. Although on the outskirts of the town, it is within walking distance but reasonable fitness required because this is a hillside location.

We found the restaurant staff a little abrupt, partly because they were busy and in fairness, perhaps our language deficiencies didn't help. However one of us wanted a starter and entree, the other just starter, but both were delivered at the same time and the second entree never arrived. Even so, the marinated sardine with roast pepper plate was sufficient, but the steak was disappointingly chewy. We probably should have asked for the day's special! The room had a slightly 'drainy' smell having been closed up, but was comfortable and spotlessly clean so no real complaint here given that we went for the cheapest option. This was an overnight stopover stay only and for a longer period, we would pay a little more for an upper room.

The hotel is situated in the town centre but remote as the town nicely. The hotel rooms are very simple. There is a pleasant but too bad that more investors

Really liked this hotel for the location..Great View of Toledo! Wonderful terrace outside of room. Nice buffet breakfast with best orange juice I've ever tasted. Chilly pool was asolutely wonderful after a lot of walking in hot Toledo.

Our room had a slight "sewer" smell which did not disipate even with opening all windows and door. Not sure what was casing it but it was noticable upon room entry.

A well kept traditional property. Rooms with balcony views of Toledo. Spacious guest lounge. Helpful staff. We chose it because of the pool and free car parking. The trade off is a 40 minute walk, mostly uphill, into Zocodover Square. There are bars, shops and attractions along the way, so you can pace it out! Cab back cost 7E.

Everything. We had a room on the first floor with a fantastic view of the city. The room was typically Spanish with a tiled floor and beamed ceiling. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing. The ladies on the desk were very helpful and friendly. They gave great advice on where to eat and also on bus times. The 71 bus leaves from the corner next to the roundabout at 10 minutes past the hour and returns from the bus stance in the main square at 15 minutes to the hour. However, the last bus is at 21.45. There are lots of taxis, but we enjoyed the walk. El Trebo is fantastic for tapas. Enebro is very cheap with student type tapas which was popular with locals of all ages. El Enbrujo was great. The duck was terrific. Consuegra with its windmills is a 40 minute drive from the hotel.

We couldn't connect to wifi in the room but were able to do on the terrace. We got the bus in and out of the city most times as , once you reach the gate into Toledo, there is quite a steep hill. This wasn't easy to climb , as it was very hot. However, it was a very pleasant walk back after dinner.

The setting

No Internet although advertised in rooms. Not suitable for none Spanish clients. A bit presumptions on their standing.

Beautiful room and patio with fantastic views. If you stay here, ask about an 'upper level' room, as the views were nice for us, but would be even more gorgeous in the upper rooms.

The staff was wonderful and many of the rooms had excellent views over the city of Toledo. The hotel grounds and common areas were lovely, and the rooms themselves were comfortable and nicely appointed. The pool was glorious!

Love the fact that every room has a view of Toledo. Amazing
