Fantastic location. Very clean, modern hotel.

Ideal location & nice pool opposite beach

Very accommodating once I realised single people are put in back overlooking building site.. Was out visiting friends and could always sit by pool when in hotel.

A fantastic looking hotel with a great location by the beach. Great hotel bar service from the staff who were all lovely. The female Receptionist was lovely, however there were 2 male receptionists who came across as rather rude, in fact these two men were both on duty the morning we checked out and they were quite rude insisting I had not paid our bill for our stay when in fact I had paid it in advance with Booking.com. The taxi was waiting to take us to the Airport and yet they were insisting I had not paid - I had to go back to our room and get the Boooking.com paperwork that I had put in the bin and come back to reception with this paperwork which I had torn up so we had to put it all back together like a jigsaw. I felt like a criminal., they finally let us leave the hotel but did not apologise at all. This spoilt our experience.

The location with a fantastic sea view. The staff were very good and always helpful.

The facilities were not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. There are 150 rooms over 13 floors but only two lifts, one of which was out of order at some time on each of the five days we stayed. As we stayed over the Christmas period we expected some festive activity but didn't get any. Even the hotel night club was closed!!

Excellent location - right on the front, beautiful views and handy for old town. Smaller and quieter hotel with many Spanish visitors. Bedrooms very comfortable with lovely balcony. Would stay again.

Location

It's right on the seafront and very convenient for the old town. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean. It has a very big swimming-pool and restaurant areas. The way you pay for Internet means wifi is extremely cheap and whatever time you choose to buy stops counting every time you log out - great!

Check-in was painful! It took me half-an-hour to get my room key. During the first 10 mins one gentleman was working alone while a second one was looking at a guest's pictures in a digital camera and a third one looked at me twice but failed to ask if I was being served (which I wasn't) and continued to play with his smartphone. Eventually, the only guy who was working ended up checking me in. Then they couldn't find my reservation and all three became involved in its search. After 30mins I finally got my room key without as much as an apology for the wait. Check-out was done by a very friendly and professional lady and it was quick and painless. I would still go back to this hotel and hope that my experience was better next time since the facilities were good for the money I paid and the location is excellent.
