Cisne  

I found the apartment very basic not to my liking the furniture so very old not very comterbul needs new the pool was very good clean I give it 6 0ut of 10

I liked the location of cisne also that there wasnt alot of apartments in the block so we had the pool to our selfs most of the time would stay there again when going on a group holiday with friends and the price was appealing to

I would of preffered to have been on a 1st floor apartment as our terrace area was on the ground floor and we had no veiw but if I was to stay again I would request a 1st floor apartment

Spent alot of time on the beach. The location of the Cisne apartments is excellent for the fantastic stretch of beach. Cisne is very central to the the Yumbo and Citta shopping centers. I would definetly stay at these apartments again in the future. An added bonus was that we had the apartment for the whole day rather than till midday. Yes a very nice stay.

The maid service could have been alot better.

Easy check-in. Quiet and comfortable place. In general good

We had to pay extra for internet and after paying because of the LOW speed it was not usable. The reception was not available always. Television had only 3 channels and we had to pay extra for it.

Location to beach, restorants, disco, shops is super!!! Many facilities in an apartament.

cleaning style - after cleaning lady we had to open all windows and doors to get out the awful smell of chlorine! and also the water everywhere in the apartment was chlorinated. hot water is enough for 1 and a half person, not more...

Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ligging van het hotel is goed 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Fijn zwembad en in de avond en nacht zeer goede verlichting, rondom het hotel en daarom een veilig gevoel.

Sommige hotelgasten leggen vroeg in de morgen al een handoek op de ligbedden bij het zwembad en gaan dan weg waardoor ze een hele dag deze ligbedden bezet houden. Hier zou door het personel op toe gezien moeten worden dat dit niet kan! De appartementen zijn wat ons betreft wel uitgeleefd, kapotte tegels in de badkamer, losse WC pot. De bedden klein en gammel. Toe aan renovatie?

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, sekä rauhallisuus. lähistöllä ei ollut ravintoloita, mikä oli erinomainen asia. Hotelli oli vanha, suorastaan retro-henkinen, mutta siisti ja sisälsi tärkeimmät ruoanlaittovälineet. Saimme asua itsenäisesti ja rauhassa. Huoneet olivat tilavat, ja vaikka sisustus ja varustus oli vaatimaton, viihdyimme hyvin.

Kylmä vesi altaassa, parvekkeen lattia ei kuulunut siivoukseen.

Wir wurden nicht in Cisne sondern in Dolores einquartiert. In Cisne waren damals Bauernarbeiten. Und Dolores hat uns gut gefallen.

die Mauerarbeiten täglich seit 7 in der Früh. Also ausschlafen - fast unmöglich

Muito boa localização, espaçoso e pratico, basicamente equipado. Exterior excelente para descanso, piscina e lazer.

No nosso apartamento a tv antiga era pequeníssima e não funciona, é paga por fora e a net foi impossível de aceder embora por questões de avaria. As tomadas em péssimo estado e inadaptadas ás nossas fichas eléctricas. A limpeza efectuada pela empregada era medíocre.
