Apartamentos Concorde  

Friendly welcome and thorough instructions (in English). Convenient location to beach. Clean and spacious apartment. Close access to supermarket, restaurants, and some shopping.

Fair sized flat and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

We had no hot water in the flat and despite a visit from a plumber we were given a key for an adjacent flat in order to shower. Also the door to the balcony did not lock which did nothing to enhance our security. The TV in the room was unwatchable due to the poor quality of the picture.

Very convenient location to the beach and local supermarket. Easy travel to alicante using the no.21 or 22 buses. Friendly area surrounding the apartment. Staff were very helpful. Apartment was basic but had everything required.

Would have liked if there was sunloungers by the pool. With regard to the area, the restaurants were quiet with little atmosphere.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location at 2 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Spacious appartment.

Neat and well laid out studio apartment with efficient kitchen. Good, friendly staff and a short walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars.

The walls were a little thin and could hear the neighbours too much.

The staff were extremely helpful, securing us a late check-out at a reduced cost. The organising of the taxi to meet and greet at the airport worked extremely well. The location was brilliant for the beach, bus and tram - all within very short walk. Loved the Tapas bar next door - food was free with drinks!

I liked everything about the apartment, the pool & garden, & the area that it was in. A perfect location, close to the beach & the shops, & the people were lovely & friendly. I definitely intend to go back there again :o)

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The staff were excellent and accomodating and the location was fantastic.

The pool needed a clean, however it was out of season and only mad English would get in it at this time of the year!

Compact studio adequately equipped. Close to sea front and promenade. Easy parking.

Bath had shower but no facility to hold shower head on wall. No non slip mat in bath--I fell badly damaging my hip, ribs and head. still suffering after 12 days.

It was a very spacious and nice place right on the beach. It was a very quiet place.

Apartment was amazing persinell was very helpful and 10 days passed very quickly and relaxed.

situated next to excellent transport links.lots of places to eat,close to the beach.

at the time of our visit the complex was very quiet which we appreciated. the resort was lived in by local people so we did not feel that we had arrived in A deserted holiday resort. very easy access into alicante.

We only stayed a few days because my daughter was starting university and looking for an apartment of her own. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and helped us. The location was perfect for the tram into the city and the beach nearby was amazing! Lovely clean facilities, warm, everything was perfect, thank you Apartamentos Concorde for our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room though small was big enough for one or two people. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. The shower was good with excellent pressure even on the 13th (top) floor. The kitchen though basic was clean. The balcony had a window, so I sat out on it and stayed warm (it was January). The shutters kept the early morning light out and I had a good sleep. The price was good. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

I was travelling in January, so many of the local facilities were closed, so read everything bearing that in mind. The bed was unmade when I arrived, the sheets and pillow cases were supplied loose so I made my own bed. There were not many utensils in the kitchen, but they were adequate, no better than adequate, there was no sharp knife. It is in the middle of a concrete jungle.

It was fairly cheap, and the apartment was clean.

The hobs on the cooker took an age to boil, and the instructions had faded. The towels were pretty threadbare.

The staf was very helpfull and the location of the apartment is amazing. We stayed for the week but would definitely stayed longer if possible. Well equipped kitchen and all facilities in the apartment. They give you an option to change an apartment in case you do not like it.

Het betreft een appartementen complex, geen hotel. De wifi voorziening alsmede het prive parkeren waren prima. Het bed was prima.

Appartement was klein. Sowieso niet geschikt voor 4 personen. Voor 2 personen was er al te weinig ruimte om de koffers te bergen. Licht in de lift viel af en toe uit. De oven veroorzaakte kortsluiting dus die kon niet gebruikt worden. Bij aankomst werd ons ongevraagd een ander appartement aangeboden tegen bijbetaling. Dat hebben we niet gedaan .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location, airport 20 mins, apartment was very well maintained. Lovely garden and pool area. Ideal beach location. Shops and amenities on the doorstep. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. We will be returning again. Very relaxing and comfortable, our holiday was really great.

The location was perfect, it was comfortable and the staff very helpful

No kettle or hair dryer, the safe needed a new battery and the smaller bedroom door did not shut as the beds were in the way.

Small but perfectly functional appartment. All very clean and well equipped, perfect for a short stay to re-charge the batteries. The Citrac staff were very helpful indeed.

Fantastic Staff!! Raelly nice apartament near the Amazing beach of Playa de San Juan.Perfect connection to the city centre of Alicante even Airport just use the bus (from the hotel no.22 / 21 to Alicante then C6 to the airport) Easy as pie :) A lot of shops in hotel area even big groceries shop called Mercadona at the roundabout Avinguda d'Holanda .It was truly awesome trip for me and my 2,5yrs old son.This place is best ever for small children as well :) We love this place and hope we'll back again!
