Free WiFi, cleanliness of hotel throughout and friendly staff.
Unable to fault anything with this hotel.
The address provided on Booking isn't accurated.
Great room, nice beds, excellent Wifi, nice bathroom. Free parking a winner. Breakfast average.
Its a way from Gibraltar which was the reason we stayed there. Driving back at night was a tad stressful.
Water leakage from shower while showering
The hotel and its rooms are really good, in very good condition and, of course, very clean as well. The location is a bit outside the city centre but this way it's quiet.
Breakfast was nothing special but OK considering the price.
Proximity and free parking
You can hear noisy neighbors.
clean and comfortable, good base for travelling to Gibraltar and Tangiers
breakfast was average,shower was poor
Great location handy to bus and train and ferry to morocco. Friendly helpfull staff nice clean modern hotel.
Breakfast could be better
staff does not speak much English, it was a pain to find the hotel as address in the booking sheet was not correct and GPS did not lead us to the hotel. When we called the hotel, staff were not able to describe the way to the hotel!
Location was 1st choice close to midtown. the AC was quiet. Value for money spent is what you would expect.
Comfort of pillows could improve far too hard.
Overall, staying at this hotel has been valuable to me, becuse I feel good in this hotel.
Everything was OK.
Nice location, not noisy, clean, quite new, free parking in the garage (the gas station just near by, so if you are continuing further it would be convinient), nice breakfast, kind staff, especially at the restaurant - anything someone needs staying in this town. I would suggest this hotel to my friends.
I didn't like that the bed had wheels, so our tween beds were easily spliting away one from another. Anyway, we stayed just one night so it wasn't so important, I mention this more as a good critict/advice to the management.
Hotel was good room
Algericaras it's a port not a good feeling there
Huge room with huge bed. Big bathroom (could be cleaner than it was). Very good breakfast, free underground parking. Near the bus stop to La Linea & Gibraltar. Friendly staff allowed us to use the computer at the reception and to print out the boarding pass.
We had some troubles finding the hotel.
nice décor comforatable good value for money and close to port for ferry to tangiers
Breakfast needs much improvement on the quality side. Also, drinks like tea/ cappuccino should be included and provided for breakfast
Very helpful staff. Handy location to ferry and shopping for travel bits. Overall a very satisfactory stay.
restaurant attached to hotel average product, but good price. You get what you pay for.
New building and rooms, good insulation, nice rooms, great value for the money
The parking garage was very dark at night. We didn't mind much, but a little more light would help.
Modern and clean hotel Large rooms Good value (5 euro)/quality breakfast Helpful staff Close to the bus route for Gibraltar
40 minute walk to port/bus station/centre or 5 mins (7 euro taxi)
Free parking Excellent reception
Garage included for free
No wi-fi inside the room. Insufficient places in the garage. Far from city center. Poor breakfast.
- Wifi was not working - Air conditioning was not working despite the man in reception claiming otherwise - badly lit underground parking with great risk for car damages - ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I'VE STAYED IN.
Free underground parking.
The staff was extremely rude - our room was dirty - dirty sheets, hair all over the bathroom, dirty toilette, dust, crumbles on the night stand. When we asked the receptionist at least to change our sheets, she asked how did we find out that they were dirty. It takes ages to use the elevators. The WiFi is not actually working - you should get a cable (if your device still has a socket :-)). The parking smells terrible, there is almost no light. The only good thing with the location is that you can get out of the city very quickly. BUT this is not the location where the address is pointing out. There is a big discrepancy between the address in Booking.com and where the hotel actually is. In general the area is quite unsafe. When you check in, they make you sign a paper that they do not guarantee your belonging unless they are in the safety deposit box. But when you go in the room there isn't a safety deposit box - the only option you have is to hand over your belongings to the front desk. And even then you don't get any kind of receipt. There is no soundproofing - very noisy.
Good value for money Free parking Good location and cheap if u have a car and traveling to Gibraltar or Tarifa
Our room had an a/c that was hitting us directly in our faces. Couldn't change it and couldn't sleep with it on. Our sleep was very uncomfortable
Very nice hotel! Clean, organized and very good staff! They were really nice and gave us a lot of tips regarding places to visit! It is a good location to visit the nice cities around (Tarifa, Gibraltar).
