easy access to the public transport and good breakfast

Rooms clean and nice fresh wood smell. Shower had good water flow. Receptionist when I checked in was friendly enough.

Rooms were freezing cold -- not heating whatsoeve, so in winter was literally like a refrigerator. Must have been 6 degrees in the room. The thermostats did not respond, night staff were completely unhelpful in getting heat turned on, end then even refused to bring an extra blanket ("storage room is locked"). Had to strip the extra bed and pile everything onto the one bed to keep from freezing to death. Even so had trouble sleeping, feet were cold and lucky not to get frostbite. Then no one even apologized or offered to make anything right when we checked out. And because hotel was crowded due to conference they charged us nearly three times the normal rate for services that were completely unacceptable. a terrible experience.

The hotel was choosen based on location for one night - due to our return flight from Barcelona.

This is not a four stars hotel! For a day or two: ok

La ubicación

No nos dieron la habitación que habíamos reservado porque no encontraban nuestra reserva, menos mal que la llevábamos impresa. La que nos dieron era de fumadores y con dos camas, pedimos que al menos nos cambiaran a otra de no fumadores y pusieron pegas. Al final lo conseguimos. En el pasillo no había iluminación, lo avisamos y 48 horas después seguía igual... La calefacción: no funcionaba el termostato y cuando entraba en funcionamiento el sistema por sí sólo de vez en cuando hacía un ruido tremendo. En fin, no repetiremos

Cabe destacar que es un hotel que no esta en Barcelona Ciudad, pero es como si así fuese, sin los agobios de la gran ciudad.

Quartier calme, parking gratuit, très pratique en voiture pour l'est de l'agglomération ( proximité autoroute et Camp Nou ), décor sobre et moderne, propreté. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'apprécier la piscine. Personnel efficace à l'accueil.

Une seule personne à l'accueil, d'où attente au moment des arrivées ou des départs. Climatisation efficace mais agressive ( soufflerie tombant au-dessus du lit )

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a raggiungerlo appena arrivati in città, ma nei giorni seguenti è stato più semplice. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti due fermate del tram che consentono di raggiungere il centro di Barcellona in circa 30 minuti.

Il personale parla quasi esclusivamente spagnolo (solo un addetto alla reception parla più lingue), la stanza assegnata (e in promozione) è sempre quella più piccola perché le altre credo siano riservate a chi paga la camera a prezzo pieno, anche se sul sito questo non trapela anzi vengono mostrate più tipologie di stanze, dalle più grandi alle più piccole. Non si trova nel centro urbano di Barcellona, ma in un quartiere periferico San Just, una sorta di frazione della stessa. Non posso giudicare il servizio ristorante perché non né abbiamo usufruito. Solo un pomeriggio siamo andati al bar per un caffè, ma dopo 15 minuti di attesa ce ne siamo andati perché non c'era nessuno al banco.

Ruim ontbijt buffet. Kamers worden zeer goed gereinigd.

Begin-tijden van ontbijt en diner zijn meestal een half uur later dan aangegeven! Keuze van diner voor een 4* hotel is zéér beperkt (3 voor-, 3 hoofd- en 3 nagerechten) en het menu blijft een week hetzelfde! Het menu is alleen in het Spaans, met alleen Spaanse gerechten. Vertaling naar Engels door de bediening in het restaurant is slecht! Tijdens verblijf in het restaurant is de bediening geregeld meer dan 15 minuten niet aanwezig! Zelfs enkele keren ontbeten (+/- 30 min) waarbij geen enkele bediening te zien was.....

Mi reco almeno 5 o 6 volte l'annp presso questo hotel e questa volta mi hanno assegnato una camera più comoda e con bagno meglio tenuto delle solite.

En la habitación no hay ni un triste catálogo, con el teléfono de recepción, por ejemplo. Muy mal servicio, los empleados están hartos y lo transmiten a los clientes. Servicio de habitaciones malo y caro. Una noche me tardaron hora y media en subir la cena, después de protestar varias veces (por lo menos tuvieron el detalle de no cobrármela).
