Free WiFi. Value for money. A very good place to stop on your way North or South.

We are regular visitors on a yearly basis on our trips back to England. Good location when driving from southern Spain. Has to be dog friendly and we have had no problems in this area but see below. Staff particularly welcoming - although the efficient young man on reception could give us a smile as we reported in tired ourselves after 800 km!

Your charge for a dog is 250% more than your competitors and many charge nothing.

Friendly staff, secure free parking, good food and staff welcoming in the restuarant and bar. English TV channel recently made available and air conditioning good.

Bathrooms tiny and floors slippery. Would prefer walk in shower. Beds a bit too firm for my liking.

Spacious comfortable room which had triple glazing so no noise from the motorway. Good size bathroom. Easy to find and to get to Santander Ferry Port. Staff very pleasant and helpful

It had a very good restaurant and bar. The room service prices where good value for money too.

Friendly staff, easy of access, good parking close to hotel good value resturant - menu del dia: tasty food and good local house wine. If you think you don't like black pudding try the local one as starter - its more like haggis. Breakfast is good too.

The evening meal in the restaurant (hotel menu), served with very good wine. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Free WiFi was good.

Room a bit dark, and soundproofing between rooms & floors not very good.

The proximity to the motorways and the quiet atmosphere

Conveniently close to the e5. The set hotel menu (not a la carte) is reasonably good value, though has stayed the same for 5 years! The hotel staff, particularly in the restaurant, are very pleasant & helpful

There is only one English speaking tv channel - Eurosport. We understand that the owners are against supplying any more, which rules out most of Northern Europeans to whom English is their first or second language! So the hotel cannot be called International

The Hotel is well situated for travelling to and from Santander and Bilbao. It is conveniently situated on the junctions of several motorways and you can travel south & north with ease. There is undercover parking and outside parking. The staff do speak some English. The food was edible, but very simple meat, salad and chips sort of style. I would call it adequate. The bedroom (twin beds as requested) was clean and the bathroom had a bath, bidet, shower and loo. Burgos is within easy reach, but you do not have the worry of parking by staying here and can visit and return to your hotel with a early departure. We travelled through Madrid down to Malaga in one day from this Hotel in January. Roads were clear and we took M30 Madrid and headed for Cordoba.

The food could have been more enticing othewise it served all our needs and the staff were helpful

Easy parking, good front desk check in, good dinner menu, comfortable room. Staff speak good English and are friendly. Good free Wifi. Ideal stop when travelling across Spain.
