Very friendly wait staff. Lovely room. We were there in harvest time and enjoyed seeing tractors pulling loads of grapes through town to the bodegas.

The facilities and the staff were first class as was the food.

We had bought a junior suite and got a large room with two windows as well as one in the bathroom. Since it was very hot it was fine to create some drafts. Breakfast for € 10 was worth all the money and the food in the restaurant were of a very high quality. The menu for € 30 with wine was cheap, but á la carte dishes much better. Very good service from all staff, a pleasure to stay there. Can recommend an excursion to the castle town Leguardia about. 10km away.

The hotel offers comfort and coziness, the stuff is extraordinary friendly and professional and the restaurant excellent. If you look for a lovely place to stay - Ciudad de Cenicero is THE PLACE.

We liked everything indeed! Just as an advise to fellow travellers: Cenicero itself is not particularly a lively place but Rioja is a place to discover in the car anyway. Cenicero is located very nicely in the centre of the county.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed & high quality linen. Helpful & friendly staff. Pleasant restaurant and good food, with complimentary wine on first night. Interesting shop with wide range of wines from local bodegas. Convenient location 3 minutes from motorway junction. Secure underground car parking. Free wi-fi.

Restaurant does not open until 9pm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were ample and good (fried eggs upon request). My room was large and bright. Excellent bed. Middle setting of air-conditioning did not work. (High and low setting were ok.) Hotel was very clean. Lunches on the terrace were very good and pleasant.

Access to the garage was somewhat awkward (get out of car on narrow steep road, ring bell, get back to car, ...) Otherwise nothing detrimental.

We liked everything at the hotel. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area and what was on offer. Accommodation was beautiful, as was the decor throughout the hotel. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we are already looking at a return visit in the not too distant future! Location and scenery were magnificentt; what's not to like about being surrounded by Rioja in any shape or form, from the vine to the bottle!

The location is not promising - in the middle of a town and not very attractive from the outside but the location is in fact brilliant as a base for the Rjoca wine region and also as a stopover an hour from Bilbao port. And the rooms and staff and restaurant are excellent as is the wine shop attached. The lesson is dont be put off by first impressions. This is well worth a visit.

Trato exquisito del personal. Ubicación ideal para visitar bodegas, La Rioja Alta y todo el arte y naturaleza del Camino de Santiago a su paso por tierras riojanas. El restaurante excelente y el desayuno variado.

The rooms are large with a large window, the hotel looks like it is brand new, and space for breakfast is wonderful, with beautiful terrace. Breakfast was delicious. the staff is very friendly.

No ha habido nada que nos disgustara o mejorara.

Es ideal para visitar la rioja ya que tienes todo a un radio de 50 km.

Las habitaciones, muy amplias y espaciosas; el buffet del desayuno, excelente.

La calefacción excesivamente alta.

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y decoradas con gusto, sencillas pero comodas. Personalmente odio los perifolllos, pero este hotel como digo es moderno y sencillo en su mobiliario.

El hotel lamentablemente esta muy mal insonorizada por lo que oyes a los de arriba y a los de los lados. Creo que debarian de plantearse insonorizar adecuadamente cada habitacion

Todo en general. Habitación amplia y cama muy comoda y grande. Muy recomendable. El wifi funciona muy bien.

Que esta a veinte kilómetros de Logroño, pero se llega rápido por buena carretera. Tienes parking fácil.

Del hotel el trato de su personal, el confort de las habitaciones y la ubicacion ideal para visistar toda la Rioja Alta

La habitación muy confortable; el desayuno estupendo, completo y bien atendido. La cena en el restaurante de calidad y con un servicio muy competente. El personal de recepción encantador. En definitiva nos ha gustado todo y volveremos.

Que solo incluyan un bote de gel y champú para las dos personas. Que el desayuno valiera menos o estuviera incluido en el precio, por lo demás perfecto.

Los precios del restaurante son excesivamente altos en cuanto uno se sale del menú
