The help at the front desk was great. Angles was real nice and always most helpful. The cleaning lady did a great job. I left my laptop, and other costly items in the room. Nice people! Parking in the garage is a real challenge. First they have to open the garage door. You drive into a small elevator. There are approximately 6 or fewer inches between the walls and your car. I had to fold the outside car mirrors inward to allow for room in the elevator. I hope you are not claustrophobic. When you drive from the elevator into the garage, you must maneuver between the concrete columns. It is possible to find a parking spot to front but there are only about 5 spots. The problem is that others in the neighborhood park in the hotel guest parking area spots (5). It would be nice if the hotel could have a sign saying “guest parking only and all others will be towed away”. In Spain, that would be too aggressive and maybe rude. Good luck!

The room is more like an apartment, with kitchen and three room. Cheap the price. They have a private park and a cafeteria for breakfast and more. The hotel is ten minutes walking from the center of the city. No air conditioned. Is in the center of group of big building, not a good view.

Great location within easy stroll to the old centre, friendly staff were very helpful and did their best to make the stay enjoyable. Room was much bigger than I had expected given such a central location. Breakfast was very good. Would def. Stay here again!! Food in cafe was average, but very well priced. Parking was tight and there were only 2 other cars, cant imagine what it is like when its full!!!

Space was very generous - it was an apartment / suite rather than just a room in a hotel with ensuite. Garage facilities provided overnight which was a bonus for only 5 Euros. Location wasn't anything to shout about - a tower block on a hillside in a less better-looking part of the city but within easy walking distance of the city walls (4 minutes).

Comfort and space. Separate living room. Although we did not request kitchen equipment, the fridge was working and was useful. Not a complaint, but underground garage was difficult to use, not much room if you have a big car.

Location very near the city walls Good cooking facilities Being charged 200 euros for the third night when the previous 2 were 60 euros. When queried were told that Lugo was full of visitors and the could charge what they liked Travelling in the car lift was strange

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days while walking the Camino Primitivo de Santiago (St. James' Way) from Oviedo to Santiago de Compostela. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip, easily offering the best value for money. Our apartment looked pretty new and was very cozy, with a spacious bedroom, a nice and well-equipped bathroom with a large shower, and a great living room with a pantry kitchen (fully equipped with sink, stove, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery). The apartment contained 2(!) TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom - and offered free WiFi access, which worked flawlessly. The breakfast, served in the cafeteria on the ground floor, featured very tasty fresh tostallitas. We can highly recommend this hotel in every respect.
