This is a very nice hotel, with good location to harbour, shopps and good restaurants, staff are very freindly and very help full. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Restaurant serves good breakfast but evening meals are basic, but there are good places to eat within easy reach of hotel. But no problems at all

Its not that easy to find, the road signs, have a habit of disappearing, but when we did it was easy to check in. Its vey near to a few restaurants and the port and the underground car parking was very convenient. The only criticism we had was that its needing a bit of updating, but we didn't stay long enough to discover any thing else wrong with it.

Great location and reception, near everything Breakfast was poor, the air conditioned wasnt working (was cooler outside the hotel), and parking its impossible (rather choose the park outside the hotel)

La situación del hotel y la tranquilidad, se encuentra en el mismo centro a un paso del mercado da pedra. El aparcamiento es de pago, es muy dificil aparcar en la zona, esta bastante mayor el complejo tanto en decoracion como en instalaciones.

En términos generales, bien.El desayuno era muy variado y muy tranquilo, sin aglomeraciones de gente.La situacion del hotel es estupenda Televisión muy antigua, se podian ver solo 7 u 8 canales. Mantenimiento deficiente, la cisterna perdia agua constantemente aunque poca cantidad

La situación, y su personal, excepcionalmente eficaz, atento y cordial Conexión Wifi muy deficiente, casi nunca fuciona. Cama pegada a la puerta. Moqueta habitación muy sucia,. Suelo habitación cede al pisarlo (huecos bajo la moqueta), Cabina ducha no cierra bien y se inunda el baño. Alcachofa ducha rota pierde agua, No funciona lampara mesa, además pantalla rota.Registro cuarto baño hundido, con resaltes tiene peligro de tropiezo o corte, En la bañera azulejo roto en la esquina. Luz del pasillo con fallos. Como elementos de aseo colocan jabon, gel, champoo y un peine.

La atención es buenísima. De hecho, hemos estado en Vigo solo por conocer las Islas Cíes y ellos se han encargado de gestionarnos la visita (aunque sea solo comprar las entradas te da la sensación de que te quitan un peso de encima y ganas tiempo). Además tiene wi fi gratis. La habitación es grande, cómoda, silenciosa, la cama y las sábanas estupendas, teníamos una vista linda (al lateral el puerto), y además estabamos cerca de todo: el puerto, el casco antiguo, la zona de copas y el lugar para abordar el barco a las Cíes. Además a 8 kms estan las mejores playas de Vigo (que están estupendas). El baño cómodo y grande. Todo súper limpio. El precio de la habitación con / sin desayuno. La tomamos sin desayuno porque suponía un ahorro de 20 euros por noche, ya que por 7 te das un buen desayuno para dos en alguna de las terracitas del puerto.

Esta muy bien situado a dos minutos caminando del paseo marítimo, con infinidad de locales para comer cerca. La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda, sin ruidos.

Contrariamente a lo que algunos han contado en internet de que las habitaciones son antiguas, niego la mayor y afirmo que tienen un diseño moderno y confortable. Las habitaciones que reservamos eran espaciosas, y muy acogedoras. Espero volver cuando viaje a Vigo.

Os quartos são razoáveis, têm limpeza e isso é que conta. O pequeno-almoço tem poucas mesas e a quando da minha estadia não estavam preparados pois foi a passagem de ano e havia muita gente no hotel. Não aconselho o Pequeno-Almoço
