You were forced to order full meny to get an evening meal in the restaurant.

Quite away to bars and restuarants. Although views from hotel look over the sea there are lots of blocks of flats around the hotel.

All , including the parking, perfect, all the people, the breakfast and the dinner. Offer much more than expected. Price the best.

Nice location near torre de hercules and just 20/30 minutes walk to city center. Sea view. Very clean and warm. Free internet and parking. Good price.

Slightly impersonal being such a large hotel - but only a minor quibble.

The room was spacious, clean & staff efficient. It is very close to headland & Tower of Hercules - you can probably see the sea from every room.

Very much for the business traveller - a dormitary with no atmosphere (hotel bar barely there!) positioned in a housing estate. Breakfast was adequate, but not great. A 20 minute walk into town (buses are close by).

Spa facities are not included in the room price. 12€ per person.

I liked the setting and proximity to the town.

Despite the fact it was advertised as having an onsite restaurant, it was closed on Sunday and you couldn't even get room service! Very poor showing indeed!

Our spacious room had a splendid panoramic view of the Atlantic, marvellous because we had good weather. Strong wifi signal in room. Good value and attractive breakfast, unusual for a buffet in a chain hotel. Free parking in hotel grounds.

They managed to lose our reservation and didn't handle it very well; made us feel as though it was our fault. Hotel is on a far promontory, half an hour's very bracing walk to town, but enjoyable enough if the weather is good.

Good sized room. Breakfast good. Bed good. Good position near to the lighthouse.

The hotel was all one couild expect in this range. Room was large and overlooked the sea/harbour. Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly.

The parking is very limited for such a large hotel. We arrived at 1700 and there were no spaces available. The alternative is "on street" parking in the area and this was very busy. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a parking space.

Great situation. Walk or cab ride to the old town. Restaurant staff superb. Breakfast fine. Tempted to stay longer to enjoy this lovely city.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Large, bright room with sea view. Good breakfast. Free parking (but limited spaces) Nice, quiet location, close to beaches and pleasant walk into town.

Beds very hard. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Public areas could do with upgrade - carpet on landings etc.

The staff were lovely and the receptionists spoke quite good english which was very helpful. Access to beaches was fantastic and the scenery around the hotel was lovely.

The bedroom and bathroom were quite dated and shabby. The hotel had advertised that it provided bike hire however that was not the case.

Excellent location by the seaside (ideal for jogging by the sea). Qyality general services too (including parking, etc)

The hotel is ok, clean, large rooms, good wifi connection, good location if you have a car. Staff professional and helpful.

Deco a little bit old fashioned to my taste.

We loved our spacious room with a view of the ocean and were sorry we couldn't stay one more night. The location is perfect for everyone enjoying morning or evening hikes - there are paths to the lighthouse and a promenade along the ocean takes you to the centre of town in about 20 min.

after 5 days on the camino de santiago, my daughter and i chose a night in santiago and a night in la coruna since our plane to seville departed from there. i loved the city and we were so pleasantly surprised at the layout, space, view, comfort and luxury of our room for a very reasonable price. undoubtedly the best value of our trek.highly recommend.

Close to the sea and the long promenade. 10 euros for a nice buffet in the evening was a good bargain.

Good location with good bus service into the city.
